About this property

Lavallette Bay Front Duplex upstairs. Beautiful Views. Both Available

Best local in Lavallette, everyone tells me.
The upstairs unit, with separate entrance, also has it's private deck with breath taking Bay views.
Perfect for dining, reading and entertaining, while watching all the sail boats ⛵️ .
This property is peaceful, and only a block away from the town and two blocks from the ocean beach.
Great house for a family reunion, children and dogs.
You are welcome to contact me.

Bay Beach

The property has a perfect location on the bay! There was plenty of room for three generations to be together and have a quiet spot if needed. The pool was perfect for cooling off. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. There was a playground out the back door.

Great location! Perfect for family fun! Easy walk to the beach, town shopping & restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and playground which is 100 ft from the backyard fence. Got to see great sunsets almost every night! Would highly recommend for families with young kids!

I put a photo of my loving husband up.
The house is the perfect beach house for your family, for it is located on a quiet street, although you are 1 minutes away for all the restaurants and beach.
My husband is a Physician that works ALL the time and I travel most of the time, therefore we rent out the house.

Why they chose this property

If you have children and or dogs, this is the property for you.
We are pet friendly, which is a savings in it self.
The Bay beach offers a playground for your small children, the older ones have the Bay 5 yards away to go out on with the water sports.
It is also a great location, for your teenagers have some independence walking to the beach, town and tennis courts, which frees you up.
Oh did I mention the pool and the outdoor shower has hot water.

What makes this property unique

Ample street parking, refreshing Bay breeze, for the enter back of the house is all open.
No locked in feeling with house on all three sides.
This is truly a special location.
