Nestled amongst the leafy trees, Gum Nuts a very Australian styled simple but sophisticated property located in the exclusive Flutes Estate and Brookland Valley Vineyard, Caves Road, Wilyabrup. In the heart of the famous Margaret River Wine Region midway between Yallingup beach and Margaret River townsite.

Gum Nuts is a tranquil location with beautiful views of Brookland Valley winery surrounded by lush bushland providing a peaceful location to enjoy your down south getaway. Enjoy a weekend or longer, book your wedding party, or make a group reservation for time out with your friends or family.

Gum Nuts comprises three private suites under one roof designed to be used individually for two or four persons, or combined to suit your needs to accommodate up to sixteen guests in seven king luxury bedrooms.

The house comprises seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, full modern kitchen, dining room, main living area and two additional living areas, reverse cycle air conditioning in main living area, fireplace, laundry, huge outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor lounge setting to enjoy the views with cup of tea or glass of Margaret River wine as you enjoy the sunset and listen to the birdlife.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Adjoining the Yelverton State Forest, the property is bounded by magnificent treescapes and an abundance of native flora and fauna with direct access to many beautiful walking trails. Some of the region's most famous vineyards - Vasse Felix, Cullens, Brookland Valley, Peirro, Sandalford and Woodlands, to name a few, are virtually on the doorstep. Gum Nuts offers easy driving access to Margaret River, Yallingup and the South West's most idyllic beaches, as well as all other popular attractions like the Margaret River Chocolate Company and The Candy Cow in nearby Cowaramup. Whether for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, Gum Nuts is well suited to couples or families for a comfortable and relaxing stay in this most tranquil of settings.
