Our family of 4 (plus pets!) truly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is beautiful, and in a charming little neighborhood. The host Brian was super friendly, and gave us great recommendations on activities and restaurants. We took full advantage of the fire pit (the hosts thoughtfully left S’more’s fixins for us). We loved the home’s open concept and were very comfortable when relaxing after a day of exploring Chattanooga. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great having all of your smiling faces here. We hope to see you again when you come back to explore
It was easy access to downtown and quiet. The road is heavily trafficked but calm after dark. The host were kind and respectful. The house had everything we needed games, coffees, comfy beds, full kitchen and living areas (both inside and outside). Highly recommend!

Thank you for your kind words, Erica. We loved hosting you and glad all of the little extras we provide inside and out added to you all having a great time in Chattanooga.
The perfect stay for our family of 5. Legos and games entertained our children, and the spacious kitchen was perfect for prepping meals. The coffee bar was an added bonus!
We had a great time staying here. It was so nice having a few kids toys and art supplies available. Coffee bar also came in handy on a daily basis. Short drive to downtown was very convenient for activities. Would stay here again.
Brian went above and beyond to help us stay here as I originally had booked the wrong year!! He literally saved the day! Very comfy house with provided fire ring and marshmallow fixings. Front porch was also a nice hangout spot, but needed a scrub as lots of recent rain. Appreciated that this home was dog friendly too. Great location.
This was legitimately the best vacation rental I've ever been to! It was truly a home away from home. They had everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Chattanooga. Brian was so helpful and so sweet, we took his recommendations and had the best time. I wish we could have stayed longer. I honestly could not say enough about this house and the hosts. 10/10 absolutely.
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home with plenty of space and in a great location! Our trip centered around one of our kids soccer tournaments, so we didn't get to enjoy the space as much as we'd hoped, but we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts, Brian and Mona were incredible! I highly recommend this listing!
This location was just as advertised. It had all the amenities for amour family of 4. We were comfortable, and spent most of our days and mealtimes in and around Chattanooga. The on-site toys were a bonus for the kids having not brought our own. Our pup loved the treats and felt welcome. We really like Chattanooga, it's a great place for kids and families, so we will definitely return to this spot.
Very well maintained property with involved on site owners. Very nice coffee bar and outdoor patio with fire pit. Ingredients for s’mores available from host. We enjoyed our girl’s weekend in Chattanooga.
Everyone loved the outdoor areas! Lots of windows, large kitchen. The s'mores bar, coffee bar, arts/crafts, and toys were a big hit! Our host was very kind and helpful. Loved the decorations, books, and all the amenities. We hope to come back soon!
Brian & Mona were absolutely fantastic hosts, and the house was even more wonderful than we were hoping! They have every detail covered, from toys for littles to games & art supplies for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked, and the s’mores supplies were a big hit. They even got a fire started for us on an evening we were home without being asked!
This was the first time staying in a VRBO and it was an awesome experience. Brian and Mona were great hosts and have set the bar high for future stays. They live on the property and were always available to answer questions and were willing to share information regarding the city. The property is exactly as it is in the listing. We would stay there again If we ever head that direction again. I would highly recommend this location.

Family stay
We stayed while we were looking at houses so we were barely there. Weird setup with property owners there. He came over to greet us and show us around the property which I thought was weird. Then it seemed like everytime we left it felt like we were being watched. Just a weird setup. It was a clean house but wouldn’t stay here again.
I appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped. My toddler enjoyed the toys. The coffee bar was super cute! Brian was very welcoming and had some good suggestions regarding family friendly activities. We enjoyed frothy monkey and bluegrass grill. One of the downsides for us was the lack of curtains or blinds. It didn’t make for great sleep for an infant and toddler. I would recommend taking sound machines as the road stayed busy most of the night and you could easily hear the passing vehicles. Overall, it was a great little property and we were impressed.
The house is perfect for a Chattanooga getaway—perched on a hill and tucked away from street noise, with an easy drive to downtown via backroads. The kitchen is impressively well-stocked with everything from serving dishes and utensils to spices and storage containers. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like welcome snacks and a well-stocked coffee bar. The A/C kept the house cool and comfortable throughout our stay. There are plenty of cozy spots both inside and outside the home to relax and catch up with friends or family. One thing to note: the guest house mentioned in the listing is attached to the main house and shares a wall. While the guest house has a separate entrance, it is occupied, and we were surprised to see people arriving in the evening while we were sitting out back. It wasn’t a major issue, just something we weren’t expecting based on the listing.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others looking for a peaceful spot close to downtown Chattanooga.
Brian and his wife were amazing hosts to me and my family during our stay. They made sure to say hello but not be intrusive. There were quite a few of us that stayed in their home over the weekend and each of us got to interact with them and all had positive things to say.
The house was clean and contained many different amenities that you just don't get in a rental. Bins of candies, smores bar, coffee bar with no less than 4 different ways to brew your beverage, board games, legos, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication from beginning to end perfect.
We will definitely be staying again in the future as there is far too much to do in Chattanooga than can be one in a long weekend.
This is a wonderful place to stay. In fact, it is one of the nicest we have stayed in since I started this yearly tradition. Very cozy, very comfortable. Nice updated look to the interior... definitely a place where you feel like you can let your hair down and relax. And the setting is a big part of that. You are close enough (15 minutes to aquarium, about 20 minutes to Lookout Mtn. attractions) to the fun but far enough away from the traffic and the busy pace of the city to feel like you can unwind and get away from it all. I especially appreciated the very evident efforts the property owners had put in to make the property feel welcoming and well-equipped with luxury amenities. It really was a great place, and the property owners were super responsive and helpful.
But... here's the one big "BUT". The property owners lived on-site. As in, in the same house. They have worked to make it feel like a separate space/area, but it's all under the same roof. This is something I did not realize before booking. And if I understand from the VRBO policy standards, I don't think it's something VRBO says they allow or support.
Some people may not be concerned with this arrangement - how close the owners of the property are. For me - it was a little unnerving. I think it's my understanding the owners are working to finish a place that is next door. When and if that is completed, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to re-book this cozy and beautiful property.
