Location, location, location

The home was nicely decorated, and very functional for our group. The lication was excellent near all the attractions and shopping we wanted. We have stayed in Davenport before and this area was better to navigate the traffic.. Will stay again in the Storey lake complex. My needs were answered promptly by the management team and any issue's were resolved. A big thumbs up.. thank you The Harris family

Great Space! Large Home

We enjoyed our stay at this large home. It was clean upon arrival and we really enjoyed the 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The owners were great at communicating and were very responsive. The pool/spa and pool table were great ways to spend time with family at the house. Be prepared to bring basic items to cook with. There were no spices, coffee filters or extra paper towels or toilet paper. They provide the bare minimum which was fine as long as you're expecting that. The location was great! Couch was very uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside anyway! Would recommend staying again especially with the price and convince of a kitchen and private pool.

Comfortable stay for large group

The property was as-described, clean and comfortable for a large group of four families in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. Great to have the pool and pool table for down time. Check in and out and communications with the property managers were easy. I deducted one star for location because of a very loud house party next door that kept us up two nights in a row. The community property management office closes at 9 pm, so the only options were to ask the neighbors to quiet down or call the police.. We didn’t like either option. Not the property’s fault but was a common problem in the community as our daughter’s team house had the same problem a few streets over. Otherwise, convenient location to OCCC, outlets, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Would highly recommend this house.
