Exactly as advertised. We love the location, it’s just a short walk to Commercial Street.Gordon & Vincent are wonderful hosts. The apartment was thoughtfully supplied with all we needed.The”secret garden” was a great place for morning tea & afternoon cocktails. This our second time renting from them & looking forward to the next time.

Very cute place with a perfect outdoor area. So close to downtown restaurants and activities. Very clean and cozy, though we did not spend so much time inside while visiting!

The overhead sound above was unbearable ants in the bathroom unable to lock the entry door. It wasn’t pleasant almost fell in the bathtub while showering.

While we cannot control the behavior of neighbors in an older building, we do expect all residents and visitors to be respectful of those around them. Please rest assured that the entry door lock has been fully repaired, and the bathroom has been treated for pests and equipped with a non-slip mat. The hosts were excellent communicators and were very helpful before, during, and after our stay! Our only complaint is the smell of the rental. It was very strong and we had to keep windows open as much as possible during our stay. The hosts did have spray to help with the odor and we used it daily. I’m sensitive to smells and allergies so I know it’s my personal preference. The location was perfect and very walkable! The accommodations and utilities of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area were great and much appreciated. Overall a great stay and thank you so much!

We always try to make our guests as comfortable as possible, which is why I gladly provided the window fan immediately upon your request on May 21 when you preferred not to have the A/C installed. Unfortunately, late May brought a historic and severe surge of tree pollen to Provincetown. Operating a fan during peak regional pollen spikes inadvertently draws heavy outdoor allergens inside, which we deeply regret impacted your stay. We take indoor cleanliness very seriously and hope you are feeling much better.

Very close walk to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful! Private yard with covered dining, cast iron bathtub, drawers and hangers for clothes, fully equipped kitchen, and colorful art throughout. We had a great stay.

Cozy apartment in great location

Excellent little spot for my husband and I. Very clean and quiet. Perfect location. Lots of private room outside as well easy parking. We stay in P-town every June and loved this location.

The apartment was the perfect size, clean with nice decor. A king size bed is difficult to come by when looking for a rental. This one happened to be very comfortable.The outside area was a plus with seating for guests. Highly recommend.

P-town last minute extension

We were able to extend our stay in P-Town last minute without any hassle. I found Vincent’s place and it was just as it was advertised. Perfect for us. Love the location and spaciousness.
