Beautiful downstairs end unit condo. Step into old Hawaii. Hawaiian decor with natural wood and rattan furniture and tropical colors. 2021 brought new floors, quartz countertops in the kitchen. Condo renovated with updated furnishings and kitchen cabinets. New stove and refrigerator in 2021.

Handmade koa bar counter with bar stools and Hawaiiana dining table and rattan chairs.

The bathroom has been updated with tile shower replacing the preformed plastic insert. Vanity is hardwood bamboo and quartz countertop.

New Cal King bed with beautiful hard wood headboard and memory foam mattress in 2023.

The living room has a queen memory foam foldout couch.

Even though the condo can sleep 4 it is recommended for a couple or couple with children rather than 4 adults due to the one bathroom.

A/C in bedroom only. Ceiling fans and trade winds help keep the condo coolest days

Flat screen tv, vcr, high speed internet Wi-Fi.

Enjoy the mornings on the lanai to the sound of birds and the smell of plumeria blossoms. Lanai has chairs to sit and enjoy coffee or breakfast. Lanai opens out to a garden area that stretches out to the golf course.

Enjoy the 1600 acre Turtle Bay Resort area with walking and horseback riding trails. Walking trials are marked and mostly shaded with views of the ocean. Stables at the resort have horses for rent to enjoy a ride through the beautiful trees along the beach. Golf is available on the premier Palmer course designed by Arnold Palmer.

Walking distance to the swimming beach, where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in a sheltered bay. The bay has a sandy beach with no waves, good for swimming and snorkeling. We provide chairs, umbrella, and beach towels to make it easy for you to spend time at the beach.

Just a short five minute drive to Sunset Beach or Banzai Pipeline for the best surfing anywhere. Short drive to Waimea Bay, Haleiwa town, Polynesian Cultural Center or Kualoa Ranch.

Dining options includes Lei Lei's at the golf course, food trucks in Kahuku, Shark's Cove and Haleiwa. The Marketplace at Laie has Pounders Restaurant and more food trucks. For eating in, there is Foodland Market a short drive for groceries either at Laie or at Sharks Cove; or for more options try the City side of the island.

Turtle Bay Resort Hotel has reopened from major renovation in 2021 and has several dining and bar options to enjoy.

We stayed here on short notice due to having to attend a family member's funeral. The property was easy to find and had assigned parking which was nice. The property manager, Lisa, was easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions I had, and further handled a luggage mishap with speed and courtesy which helped reduce our stress level. The Turtle Bay area and surrounding properties were beautiful. We enjoyed the hiking trails and got a lot of use out of the beach chairs and umbrella provided with the condo. Location was close to several beaches.

Great location with lots of walking trails and many accessible beaches that aren’t crowded. Private lanai was nice to enjoy for meals. The kitchen is well stocked and the livingroom furniture was comfortable.

Beautiful place, the north part of the island it’s the greatest!Condo was comfortable, great bed. Beach gear amazing.Furniture needs an update though. Instructions on how to find the place not easy. We love the warm water, surfing, snorkeling, eating at the shrimp trucks. We live in California and love to visit here. We visit every year to make sure furnishings are updated and missing or broken items are repaired. We provide items that we would want, to make your visit comfortable and homey. this is not a hotel but a home.

Why they chose this property

We love the area, The beautiful beaches, the great weather and the great surf. the resort has golf to enjoy. Our condo opens to a private grass area that we enjoy. We love the laid back attitude of the north shore. You can enjoy walking to the hotel and enjoying live music or drink at sunset. the resort also has Roy's or Lei Lei's for fine dinning. Or for laid back dining, there are the food trucks or Seven Brothers in Kahuku.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful lanai for morning coffee with plumeria blossoms and the sound of birds. This is an end unit so there is more privacy and space. The lanai opens to a nice garden space.
