Thank you for this great 4 star rating - we will check that mattress, just to be sure, as i believe no other guest has commented and it could be a frame issue or just a personal preference. Thank you so much for your feed back. Michelle

Excellent location within the reunion resort. Excellent value for money when compared to other properties in the same area. The host was second to none, we had a few TV problems on day one cause a very large storm, but these were all resolved within 48hrs. Excellent communication and kept upto speed throughout the whole process.

We stayed in the rental last week for my son’s 13th bday. We had a blast. Great location, not far at all to theme parks and plenty of food and grocery choices nearby. House was clean and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were great bonuses and used every day. The only complaint is that when cooking on the gas stove the house got pretty hot and took a while to cool back down. We also went the hottest week of they year so that didn’t help. Would definitely recommend to any family looking for some fun in the sun!

The house was nice, however it could have been cleaned better. The floors were filthy the furniture needed steam cleaning. Some of the furniture was rickety. The pool area was dirty. The dishes in the cabinets had food stuck to them including the pots and pans and silverware!

We appreciate all reviews. I am sorry to hear this guest found the cleaning unsatisfactory. I followed up with the cleaner, and could only wish the guest had notified me upon arrival of her concerns. The floors are always mopped, the furniture checked to see if any stains have occurred. Kitchen cupboards are checked. The pool deck I expect had light dirt from recent rains, washed in from the landscaping/lawn cutting, and occurs as an outdoor pool. The deck is rinsed down weekly.

Pool looked dirty but later determined the bottom of the pool was worn and discolored. Master mattress was not firm and supportive.Furniture and decor was dark and heavy.

We appreciate all reviews, especially 4 stars! The pool floor will start to shadow with chemical wear a few years into been built, so all pools show wear. I have not had a comment on the mattress before, more of a personnel comment perhaps. The photos on the site do reflect the furniture in the property.
