Modern fully furnished spacious open planned 2 bedroom basement suite has large above-ground windows abundance of natural light. Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer when you stay 7 days plus, and is completely furnished. The total living space is approx. 900sq ft. and offers a great and functional layout. Located in Aldergrove/Langley area and within walking distance to local shops, transit-accessible, 10 minutes to Hwy-1, Abbotsford airport, Vancouver Zoo and ample free street parking. No smoking of any kind. Small-Medium pets are welcomed with a damage deposit. Wifi & cable included.

The guest did not follow cleaning guidelines and left without cleaning the cat litter. The guest's cat was left unattended and damaged property which the guest failed to inform the owner.

Beautiful property!!

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful.. the suite was very clean and tasteful. Tones Of stores and other places close by.. the border to the US into Washington is just minutes away. We felt very welcomed. Zero complaints, would highly recommend staying at this property!!! It gets a 10 out of 10 from our family!!!

This basement entry suite offers 2 large spacious bedrooms with luxurious queen size and twin beds with ample storage. There is plenty of street parking. available. Spacious living room with all modern amenities including stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a large supply of utensils and cookware. It will feel like a home from home experience.

What makes this property unique

Should you book for 7 days or more you will have access to an ensuite front load washer and dryer. Access to public transportation is a minute away.
