Summary:

The ONE at Pearl Beach is located just steps from Pearl Beach, Pearl Beach Cafe and restaurant.

It is a large private newly renovated home with rear lake access enabling guests to kayak to the beach directly from the back yard.

Ideal for 2-3 families, an extended family or 4 couples.

You will love the outdoor space which can be fully enclosed with dining for 14.

The Space:

4 Beautiful spacious internal bedrooms and 1 external bedroom with a single bed, desk and heating. Plus a kids or teens breakaway room with a further 3 sofa beds to accommodate 4 children - this break away room is connected to the master room. Total adults allowed at 9 plus 3 children in the kids room.

The One has an enclosed large outdoor entertaining area with seating for 14. It has fully retractable cafe blinds so can be enjoyed all year round.

The outdoor has a fire pit area, cedar hot tub and external bath.

Large Kitchen stylish lounge and indoor dining all with a cool coastal style.

Additionally the 5th external single room at the rear of the property is ideal for WFM or study with a desk and chair.

Perfect Pearl Beach getaway

Great house for a multigenerational holiday. Close to the beach, walk to Patonga and only a short drive to Umina. The undercover area out the back is where we spent most of our time. Will definitely stay again.

Pearl Beach fan club

Great spot, no need to go anywhere, we had anything we needed. Easy access to beach. Can't fault a thing. Great family and friends weekend!

Great family weekend

Property was great for our family of twelve. Kids had a ball in the kayaks toasting marshmallows in the pit fire and saw lots of wildlife. Property was clean and comfortable and Carla was more than helpful . Thank you

We loved the property! It was so beautiful with the hot tub and firepit outside. We had a group of 8 people and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. I definitely do recommend this for groups of 8 or less.

1 Diamond is a girl’s (and her family’s) best friend!

We just spent the most relaxing weekend with family and chosen family at 1 Diamond at Pearl Beach. Carla, the property manager, is hospitality in carnet. On arrival there is everything (and more) to help a busy bunch feel very quickly decompressed. It was like we had our own little capsule of tranquility in this sedate property. Carla is approachable and so very thoughtful. Thank you. We hope to stay again very soon. 🌺🌺🌴

Excellent In Every Minute Detail

Every single thing you would look for in a weekend escape accommodation experience had been thought of and included. The location being a five minute literally to the water was the best.

Wonderful relaxing hideaway

The house was very comfortable situated in a very tranquil place. The outside deck was fantastic giving the house a resort feel. The proximity to the beach was fantastic only a 1minute walk Carla was a great host and catered to any question we needed to ask

Beautiful place!

Our family spent a lovely week at The One in Pearl Beach and we highly recommend this place! It was clean and comfortable and Carla was a lovely host - always available and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we required. Due to the weather there were a lot of mosquitoes so I would recommend packing some insect repellent with you, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the place and the service provided. Thank you so much Carla for a wonderful stay!
