スーベニアを目的として宿泊しましたが、肝心のスーベニアが不足していました。 その後の対応も遅く、10日経ってもまだ発送頂けていません。 部屋は狭かったですが、綺麗で可愛らしくて良かったです。 宿泊目的ならば悪くないかもしれません。 スーベニアとは別にちゃんとアメニティがあるのは良いです。 そっちは足りていたのに、スーベニアが無かったのは残念としか言いようがありません。 しっかりチェックして欲しいところです。

お買いものパンダルームに宿泊しました。 お買いものパンダには癒されましたが、宿泊数日前に送られてきたエントランスの暗証番号が誤っていた為、スムーズに入ることができませんでした。 また、チェックイン時のタブレット操作もわかりづらかったです。 立地と部屋は良かったが、上記の件と荷物の預かりがないため、リピートはなしです。

かわいいパンダグッズが貰えて、嬉しかったです。 お部屋はとても狭いですが、掃除が行き届いていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。ボディータオル、除菌•消臭スプレーや電気ポットもあり、助かりました。できれば、バスローブかパジャマがあると、ありがたいです。

部屋はとても清潔感があり、アメニティ含めてお買い物パンダ好きにはたまらない空間でした。 ただ他の方も言ってましたが部屋の玄関をしっかり区別させた方が良いかと思います。あれだと土足で中まで行く人もいるだろうし。 それ以外では自分は大変満足させて貰えました。 次は違うタイプの部屋に泊まってみたいです。

ロビーのいたるところに隠れお買いものパンダがいて探すのが楽しかったです。 アメニティはお買いものパンダのものしかないかと思っていたら、使う用にふつうのも用意していてよかったです。 部屋は圧迫感を感じるくらい狭かったですが、ビジネスホテルならこんなものかなと思いました。 雨だったので傘を室内に持ち込むのに抵抗がありました。 玄関の辺りだけでもカーペットを敷かないでいてくれたら、そこに置きやすかったのですが。

猛暑の日に泊まりました。フロントは全く冷房が効いておらず、オペレーターとのやり取りにも待ち時間があったので、とても暑くて非常に不快でした。それが第一印象となってしまいましたが、部屋の装飾はパンダが可愛かったので、◎です。

エレベーターホールが無人のフロントになっていてタブレットでチェックイン・チェックアウトを行います。ここが蒸し暑く、今の時期くらくらしました。チェックインはリモートでつなぎ、スタッフさんから画面越しに説明を受けるのですが、早く終わって部屋に行きたいの一心でした。チェックアウトにも予約番号が必要だとは知らず、スマホで探すのに手間取りました。涼しい部屋で準備してから降りた方がいいです。ルームキーがないため部屋番号もわかりにくいので、メールを事前によくチェックしてから行くのをオススメします。お部屋は快適で、アメニティの楽天パンダの歯ブラシやスリッパが未使用で持ち帰れるよう、別途普通の歯ブラシ、スリッパまで用意されていました。すごく嬉しかったです。

地下鉄からも近く、浅草も隅田川を渡って徒歩圏内。 部屋はおパン、小パンにとても癒されてました。 ただ案内には売店がある、って書いてあったので探したけど自販機の事？？だったのでしょうか？？
