We enjoyed the condo very much. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My typical requests are a comfortable bed and an invigorating shower- this place had both! The location was convenient to downtown, not too close to be bothered by traffic and noise, yet not too far to walk to food, drink and shopping. And the new ADK rail trail was an easy short ride away. Tom was easily reached to remedy any issue that popped up. I would recommend this vacation spot and owner for any would be travelers to the Lake Placid area.

Immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished Lake Placid Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here in Lake Placid. The home was beautifully furnished, immaculate and had everything that we needed. If you want the convenience of being close to downtown but still have privacy, this is the place! We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic stay!

This 3 level townhouse was perfect for our weekend getaway in Lake Placid. No issues whatsoever. Place was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Heated bathroom floor was great. Easy walking distance to town. Lisa G’s restaurant is about 250 yards away and it is an excellent place to grab food/drinks. I plan to stay here again next time we come to town. Highly recommend!

Well appointed 2 bdrm townhouse with 2 parking spots in front. Nice bedrooms with good space in living area and kitchen. Served well as our base to explore area hiking trails and golf courses. BBQ and w/d came in quite handy. Owner very responsive to queries. Would stay again...

Our stay was excellent. Information to check in was straight forward. A/C units were available in the bedrooms and worked well. It was clean, tidy and cozy! Owner was very responsive. No fans or A/C on the main level, but with the design of the condo, if you turned both the window units going upstairs, it cooled the downstairs pretty quickly and there's plenty of shade and trees.

Great stay

Great location on south east edge of town with easy access to downtown and to the hiking centers and locations to the south. Property does show a little bit of aging in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. As with many such properties, the kitchens would be somewhat difficult to cook a meal for a family. in fairness, we ate out and did not need to use that in that way. Would definitely go back again.

Location, location, location

This condo was centrally located to great hikes, Olympic venues, and downtown shops/restaurants. The layout of the condo was perfect. There were some cleanliness issues but nothing too terrible. The TV streaming was a nightmare. Host tried to help, but Roku didn’t work well.
