Only issue is was, it’s football season and unless you had certain apps you could not watch live local tv channels. However not worth dinging a star! Would stay again.

It was comfortable and clean. It was a five minute walk to the beach which we enjoyed very much. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The game room area is an extension of the garage and only has a small freestanding ac unit. It really doesn’t cool the room well in summer. Some in the group didn’t mind and others did. Depends on your heat tolerance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for the 5‑star review! Glad Casa del Sol Breeze was comfortable and clean and that you enjoyed the five‑minute walk to the beach and the pool and outdoor space. Thanks for the note about the game room — it’s an extension of the garage with a small freestanding AC that can struggle in summer; we appreciate that some guests found it fine while others did not. We’ll share your feedback with the owner and team as we consider better cooling options. We’d love to host you again! Sun Palace Vacation Homes

My family and I had a great time at Casa Del Sol Breeze and made some lasting memories there. The location couldn't be any better and the accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made good use of the gas grill. Once we figured out how to turn on the master shower, it was awesome! Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Place!

Casa Del Sol Breeze was the perfect place to stay in Ft Myers. Beach was a short walk, and having the beach wagon with a few chairs to take worked out perfectly. We were also pleased how close it was to Tmes Square and many places to have food, drinks, and live music. Ft Myers is doing a great job rebuilding and I can't wait to watch it continue.
