Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the primary suite and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The primary suite includes an en-suite bath, while the guest room has access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms open to the Florida Room, offering soft natural light and views toward the greens.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen with the essentials supports simple breakfasts, relaxed evening meals, and everything in between. A dining table provides space to gather when you choose to spend time at home.

Living spaces
The open-concept living area features soft seating, tile plank flooring, and an HDTV. Just beyond, the enclosed Florida Room offers a quiet vantage point overlooking the manicured course.

Comforts & conveniences
Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials are all provided. Self check-in is available through a keypad, and there is free parking for 2 vehicles.

Outdoor living
A patio or balcony gives you a place to step outside and enjoy the coastal air at any time of day, along with access to a pool within the community.

Neighborhood
Set in the peaceful Quail Pointe area of Sawgrass Country Club, you are close to beaches, dining, and local shops. This is a no-pet property.

Policies
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests and provides 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths. No pets are allowed. Guests also have access to a community pool and two on-site parking spaces.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
