Two story beach house with 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa on the bottom floor with washer and dryer and full bathroom. 2nd floor has a balcony with gas bbq and fire pit. Full kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. Living room and dining room are also on the 2nd floor. Enjoy a family fire pit in the back yard on cold nights!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure both thermostats are set 75 to cool.
Do not cook fish inside the home.
Excessive beach sand found in the home will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE DO NOT SPRAY SUNSCREEN IN THE HOUSE. DO NOT DROP AC BELOW 72
YOU MUST CLEAN ALL BEACH SAND OFF OUTSIDE IN THE SHOWER OR HOSE. IF EXCESS AMOUNTS OF BEACH SAND THERE WILL BE A $100 CLEANING CHARGE.
Beach chairs/equipment must be rinsed off and free from beach sand.

This is beautiful house in a great location and with very good host. It checks all of the boxes. The house is a very short walk to the beach and close to many local spots. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The pictures simply don't do it justice! It was exceptionally clean, modern. cozy, and stocked with lots of amenities. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even provided a wagon to use. The owner was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to have a later checkout due to the weather. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the convenient location right near the beach. I will definitely be coming back to stay again should we visit Jacksonville.

Beautiful house, maybe let renters know the garage is not available for use. Also inform if the propane goes out of its the renters responsibility to fill, not sure if I missed it but I didn’t see where the outdoor shower was located or what the shed was for and what the code was.

It is steps. It is walkable. 5 min walk. If you walk out the front door and look left down the road, you will see the beach access. It is two short blocks away.
