About this property

Centrally located with river views

This 3 bedroom home is only a few minutes walks to the centre of town, park in the secure garage and leave the car there for the rest of your stay.

Step inside this lovingly maintained home, there spacious master bedroom is located downstairs with Queen bed and built in robes. You will also find the first bathroom on the ground floor with separate bath and walk in shower, as well as separate toilet.

There is a laundry area with washing machine for your use during your stay.

The rear of this home contains the kitchen and living and dining space and takes full advantage of the rural and river aspect. There is plenty of counter space, and the kitchen contains recently updated appliances including a dishwasher.

The dining area has seating for 6, and there is outdoor seating on the back patio with a BBQ. The downstairs is equipped with a split system although even in winter the northern aspect of the property means you'll hardly need to use it! The outdoor area is the jewel in this crown, relax on the patio and enjoy the quiet of the river. With unbroken views of the Moyne, its an easy place to while away the hours watching the clouds drift over head and the ever changing river life on your doorstep.

Head upstairs for the second bedrooms, one with Queen bed and built in robes, the second with a single bed. There is also the second bathroom with walk in shower.

Moyne View 5 is a hidden treasure just waiting to be discovered.

Room with a view

Convenient location in Port Fairy with views of the Moyne River. The unit was spacious, light and pleasant. A couple of minor issues which the agent took care of.

The property had everything you need except for a ccoffee machine which we brought our own but everything else was perfect bedrooms were beautiful large and clean. We were a bit worried about the size of the fence is our dog could have jumped it and ran away. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location ,walk to town in minutes,dog friendly

House was in good location ,clean ,but lacked a bit of maintenance,particularly on rear and balcony doors. Quite high winds when we were there and gale force blew through both sets of doors. Both couches in living room have seen better days and not particularly comfortable maybe as a consequence of allowing pets.
