The house is located in the Corrêas area of Petrópolis, in a RESIDENTIAL AREA AWAY from the centre of the area. It’s about a 30-minute drive from city centre Petrópolis and a 20-minute drive from the Bingen Bus Station in Petrópolis. <br>The house is on a lot SHARED WITH OUR COTTAGE, which we also rent SEPARATELY through Airbnb. Access to the cottage is via stairs, as shown in the photo.<br><br>We absolutely love this place, so we hope you enjoy your stay here—we’ve prepared everything with great care to welcome you. Your pet is welcome in our home (maximum of 2 small pets). Enjoy!<br><br><br>Our property covers m² and consists of:<br><br>Main house with 200 m², comprising:<br>-spacious living room;<br>-dining room;<br>- a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, plates, pots, pans, and some other utensils;<br>-3 bedrooms: the first with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the second with 2 double beds, and the third, which is the suite, with 1 double bed;<br>-spacious bathroom;<br>-laundry area with sink and clothesline;<br>-outdoor balcony<br><br>Outdoor area, consisting of:<br>-flat grassy area in front of and next to the main house;<br>-sloped area (with limited access);<br>-access staircase to the cottage;<br>-access ramp for cars (parking is available in the garden for ONLY 1 car per house) <br>-gourmet area (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)<br><br>Cottage (RENTED SEPARATELY)<br><br><br>NOTES<br>-Our property is FENCED with barbed wire and a hedge;<br>-Access to the house on foot is via a staircase, and by car via a ramp (we DO NOT recommend this access for LOW-CLEARANCE vehicles).
