Enjoy your oceanfront view from the balcony of this delightful 1 bedroom condo, or take a short walk to the boardwalk, area stores, and restaurants. This is a prime location! Direct oceanfront, and just 3 blocks to the boardwalk! This building also offers an outdoor pool. The condo accommodates up to 6, and includes kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2TV's, (living room TV is a 40" plasma ), free wifi, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The condo is non smoking, occupancy is 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great get away spot.

First floor living is the only way to go. Beautiful ocean view but not too many steps. Nice pool and clean property very close walking distance to the boardwalk. Would recommend.

The Sea Gate condos are awesome. We love the location and just a few steps to the sand. The condo is laid out very efficiently, and having a step in closet just inside the door to store beach chairs/umbrella is wonderful. The security of the building made us feel very safe there too. The only drawback for us was not having a great view because of being on the 1st floor. We will definitely come back to the Sea Gate, but will book a room on an upper floor.
