Fun weekend stay

The place was clean, location is close to the north beach, and the hostess was great to work with and always quick to respond. It was a lovely home.

The house could use a bit more cleaning and some maintenance. But we really enjoyed the place and we had 10 people staying there. Overall a good experience. Nice outdoor space for families. Very quite neighborhood.

This house was perfect for our son’s baseball tournament in Montpelier. It was as advertised, with an awesome back yard with lots to do, we enjoyed our time staying there. The host was great with communication.

No Alcohol No Exceptions

Everything was great and as expected except listing is misrepresented. 48 hours prior to stay we got text reminding us No alcohol no pets. I rechecked listing several times and it is not listed in house rules or anywhere. As you walk in door there is a sign No alcohol No exceptions. It would be ok if it was listed. We would have just stayed somewhere else. We like a glass of wine after dinner. It’s very strange for a rental to dictate if you drink alcohol.

Freaking awesome

This place was very nice and clean. One of the many nice ‘little’ things was each cupboard was labeled with what was inside so you don’t have to go search around for everything in the kitchen. The owners have a nice little touch for this home. I would recommend it to anyone.
