This home is about three miles from the town of San Pedro. Located on the southern tip of Ambergris Caye, Belize's largest island, you'll have top-notch beaches, sailing, and water sports at your fingertips. This listing includes both floors of the two-level villa. Inside the home, there's an inviting and airy living space with vaulted ceilings. A dining area features a four-person table, plus there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Find everything you need in the kitchen for prepping delicious meals.

Outside the double doors, a true oasis awaits. There's a spacious patio and pool area, complete with a charcoal grill, views of the ocean, and a large private pool for a refreshing swim with the beach as your backdrop.

Inside, you'll have five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths to accommodate up to 10 guests. On the first floor, there's a bedroom with one double bed and one twin, a half bath, and access to the main patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a third room with a separate entrance that features two twin beds and a large full bath.

Upstairs, there's another living space with a flat-screen cable TV. Enjoy a dining area with seating for six-eight three bar stools at the counter, and a fully equipped kitchen. For a breath of fresh island air, step outside to the stunning full-length veranda with views of the Caribbean.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the upper level will sleep up to four people comfortably. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. Also enjoy complimentary WiFi and central A/C throughout the home, plus a shared washer/dryer for your convenience.

For local amenities, restaurants, and activities, head into San Pedro a few miles away. An endless array of tropical adventures await, from sailing and snorkeling to reef exploration and scuba diving.
