The tropically themed home shares a heated pool and sun deck with Poolside Suite which is located directly next door, ideal for individuals looking to make new friends! Not to be left out, this property has a designated off street parking spot - a luxury in Key West!

The Space:
Sleeping up to four guests there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen pullout couch in the living room. This updated home is complete with a shared pool with waterfall, and lush, outdoor seating area. As an added bonus, this home comes with private, off-street parking for one vehicle - a real luxury in the Keys!

Kick back and relax in your cozy home away from home with free WiFi, watch your favorite shows on two cable TVs, or cool off out back in the semi-private swimming pool. With the fully updated, modern kitchen and the gas grill outside, everything you need to have a cookout is right at your fingertips.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Poolside Suite is located in the heart of "Old Town" Key West and is just half a block from world famous Duval St. You are well within walking distance to some of the most popular spots in Key West such as the Earnest Hemingway Museum, the Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, The Butterfly Conservatory and much more. There is a CVS about a block away in case you need to stock up on drinks and snacks. There are also amazing restaurants nearby such as Blue Heaven, Seven Fish, Santiago's Bodega, and the Better Than Sex Dessert Restaurant.

Getting Around:
There is one off street designated parking spot for Poolside Retreat and it is located at 517 Olivia St. Park your vehicle in the designated parking spot labeled "Poolside Retreat." Please make sure not to park in the spot labeled "Poolside Suite" as that belongs to the unit next door.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Great proximity to everything we wanted!

We loved staying at this place! Starting with the off street parking and a mile or less walk to mallory square and the southernmost point! You are a block off duval street and it is a great location!

The tv remote in the bedroom never worked even though we called about it several times. The remote in the living room was not working correctly and we had to call several times abd found out we had to take batteries out and reset several times to get it working. The pool was dirty. It was suppose to have been heated and wasn’t. The unit could have been cleaner. It was very hot in the unit and we had to call several times to get someone to come look at the unit. We were called by the mgmt company and told we needed to come to the unit to let the 3rd party heat/air person in. We left where we were and walked twenty minutes home to find out they had let the service company enter before we were there. They did fix the air after speaking with them several times.
The bottom of my socks after walking a few hours in the unit.

Location is great. Pool was great and clean. Deck and house could use some repairs (deck was kinda dangerous with rotten boards). House was clean except for floors. Bed was really comfortable. Would stay again!

Perfect Spot for us

We had a great stay. The bed needs to be replaced. It is ridiculous to think 2 people can sleep on it. It slants so badly. Husband slept on couch. Pool was off and cloudy. We turned filter on and all was good.

Key West Stay

The overall stay was fine. There was an issue with the pool pump not working and it took three days for the situation to be resolved. We feel we should be compensated for not having a pool as advertised for almost half of our stay. The floors aren't being cleaned satisfactorily. Feet turn black if you go barefoot.

We checked out today. I do not know if there is any follow up on the cleaning crew but they must do the absolute minimum. The floors were FILTHY and were not cleaned before we checked in for sure. The tiles were stained with dried blood or a dark liquid, the floor of the shower had several large cracks that felt like the floor would give way if you stepped on the cracks. The unit needs some real maintenance- cracked filthy tiles in the bedroom, the bathroom door is literally peeling apart at the bottom, the shower needs a good bleach job, the stove is ancient, etc…. The owners need to do an inspection and determine whether they would stay there themselves. I felt dirty just being in there. Very disappointing. Only pros- good location, very cold AC, clean bedding and towels, on-site small 4 foot pool but we did not use.

The location simply cannot be beat and with a dedicated off-street parking space next to Duval street this place is a rare find. The interior is not spectacular but you are paying for the location. The floor is a little slanty in places, the shower had a bit of mold, the bed was not the most comfortable, but all this pales in comparison to a space directly off Duval street with a parking spot. It has a pool but we never used it; too busy getting drunk along Duval.
