This property perfectly suited our needs for family weekend at USC. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, far exceeding the hospitality received at any other short term rental I have ever stayed at.

We're so glad this property was the perfect fit for your family weekend at USC, and it means a lot to hear the hospitality stood out to you. Thank you for sharing such kind words.
This cottage was very comfortable and a convenient location to local attractions and restaurants. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. Absolutely no complaints.
This house was perfect for visiting our daughter at U of SC! So clean and very well stocked. I’ve stayed in many houses in the area and this was by far the best! Terri was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to come back!
Amazing stay!!! Great set up & very well kept - super cozy, extremely clean, phenomenal location (especially if going to visit kids at USC or coming in for a USC sporting event). I’ve never received a welcome basket before from a VRBO (treats, snacks, toiletries, and breakfast items!). Communication with property owner was really great - very clear guidance regarding check in and check out (& minimal things for us to do). We’ll definitely be back!
The property was amazing! It was easy to find, easy check-in, beautiful decor, and super clean. We did not want for anything because our host thought of everything. We were very impressed with the personal details such as the information binder that served as our guide as first time visitors to Columbia,SC. We would love to stay here again and we will refer others to stay here as well.
Bennetts Bungalow is a perfectly renovated property with exquisite attention to detail. The property manager was kind and attentive, always prompt in her response. The owner was above kind, knowledgeable, and definitely takes pride in her beautiful home. We will definitely be back!
We stayed for our daughter's graduation from USC and had a great time. Terri is a terrific host and the property was ideal for our family - she even went a step beyond and had a congrats grad basket/balloon waiting for us when we arrived! She was awesome to work and deal with, very personable and chatted with us for awhile when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who asked and will definitely stay again if we're in the Columbia area in the future.
My sister and I came for the weekend from Richmond, Va. We arrived later than we wanted but Terri was still there to greet us and review a few ins and outs. What a comfortable place. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s still very private. The house was clean when we arrived and it was so easy to communicate with our hosts. We plan to come again for another women’s basketball game next year and would love to stay here again!
The home was beautiful and convenient for us This was our first trip to the area and the hosts provided many suggestions for things to do in their welcome binder.
The hosts didn’t overlook anything when it came to making their guests feel at home. (Only exception was the lack of cable tv).
This place was amazing! It was the cutest little cottage that you wouldn't know was in the city. It is close to everything but you wouldn't know it. The hosts are very attentive and have thought of every detail. It has everything you need and more. I would definitely stay again.
We were in town for a baby shower and this cozy cottage was ideal for the three of us. The property is located in an older southern residential area on a busy street, gated and safely secure with lighting and fencing. Once inside the compound, we could relax on the patio and prepare breakfast in the beautiful kitchen. We did not take advantage of the fire pit that was glowing upon our arrival but it was inviting and a nice touch. Our hostess was accommodating and responsive when needed. Although the outdoor area is large and accommodating for visitors while you’re there, the furnishings, beds, and rooms are quite small, and best for 2-3 people.
We enjoyed our stay and will return when in town.
