Liked this house, was great location wise and 5-6 min walk to the beach. It is on a gravel rd if anyone is wondering. But it has its on private beach for the neighborhood and that was niceeee

BEACH FUN

Great location for days filled will sun and beach sun. The home is clean and perfect for cooking meals . Theres a grill on the property as well. The elevator made it east for transporting luggage and groceries.

The house was a perfect respite for my family! We are a family of foodies, so the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our needs. Short walk to the beach was pleasant and enjoyable. The elevator was a blessing for getting everything into the house. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here!! Only complaint is the check in and check out process. After a long day of travel we had to drive to the rental office(out of the way) for a key. And repeat to check out. Beyond that little inconvenience it was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you

Beautiful Home but Check in and Check out was a hassle

I want to begin by acknowledging the cleanliness of the property and how well kept the home is maintained. My only issue with my stay was the inconvenience of having to drive to the Office to pick up a "package" that had the keys to the garage and the elevator to the home. This package also included a parking pass to park at the private beach access by the home. I have used VRBO so many times and have always appreciated the benefit of the "zero contact" these both companies uphold to facilitate the check in and check out process at their listings. Both rental companies make it user friendly just providing the code to access the home and the keys for additional amenities are left inside the home and are expected to be placed back when checking out inside the property. Your process involved me driving past the rental home 12 minutes West and forced to drive 12 minutes East back to the home just to get "keys to a garage and parking pass". That's 24 minutes of wasted time. You also require me to "drop them off" when checking out which is another 24 minutes. So I decided to drop the keys and parking pass the night before check out at midnight so in the morning I could get on the road back home. As time and gas is valuable to you it is also valuable to your guests. So I suggest reconsidering your check in and check out process to facilitate and be more convenient to everyone.

Great vacation with friends

We loved the Fair Haven property! The inside was elegantly decorated and the kitchen was literally equipped with everything you could want. Spacious and roomy, our two families with teens and young kids were very comfortable here. Everything you could possibly need for the beach was also located in the garage as well as a ping pong table. The outdoor shower was such a great help in keeping things clean! On the down side, we were never able to find the pond on the property that was listed in the description, nor could anyone tell us where the deeded access to the bay was. Since we like to fish, we were disappointed about that. It seems the communication from the property manager side could be improved because when I called ahead to find out what beach items were available and how the kitchen was equipped, I was told there was basically nothing. Which means I had to pack a ton of stuff that I didn’t end up needing. Not sure I would rent with Reed Real Estate again but the property itself was lovely, quiet, great location for nature lovers … we could not have been more pleased with it.
