Enter this bright studio with full bath at the Lodge at Lincoln Station to the foyer area, with full bath to your left and large closet on your right. A few steps beyond, a full, small kitchen is along the left wall, flanked by the dining area with seating for four. Beyond this is the queen sized bed with window to the deck. Open the slider and step out to that spacious sitting area and enjoy mountain views in winter and lovely shade in summer. Coming back in, on the opposite of the studio find a living area with queen sleep sofa and a large flat-screen TV on swivel bracket, so it can be viewed from anywhere in the home.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

What a great place this was. Veey spacious and comfortable apartment with all the accessories. Quiet and so close to everything right in downtown Lincoln Nh. Very easy check-in process. Our place was very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great place to stay. It’s centrally located and many restaurants are close by. The Management was very quick to respond to an issue we had with the Television. We didn’t get to the pool but saw many families that enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed our stay at the "Lodge". The unit was well-kept and had everything we needed. Great location, close to mountains for hiking, other natural attractions and restaurants. Nice area to visit!

Great location and price. Condo was very clean and fits 4 comfortably. Game room and pool was great for the kids. Love how you don’t have to leave the building, unless you’re skiing. Staff was amazing when booking. Highly recommend.

Great area nice place

Only drawback was pool was way over chlorine and couldn’t bring any refreshment inside indoor pool area but outside pool was nice and spent time on saco so wasnt huge deal condo was great

A nice quiet room with great water pressure and very comfortable bed. Location to attractions is excellent. Not luxurious by any stretch, but a good location for hiking, skiing or other events. We think the couch is a pull-out, but it's really a room built for 2, especially if you have hiking or skiing gear.

Exploring nature

My goal for the week was to explore as many scenic areas as I could in 5 days. The location of my condo was perfect! Close to dining, downtown and many popular tourist attractions but out of the way enough for peace and quiet. Loved it!

The area was quiet and calm the way we like it during the week. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were able to achieve a state of relaxation. Also what we were looking for. Check in was simple and went smoothly. The efficiency we rented was adequate for us because we were not looking to cook meals. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the two part shower head was a great idea. The room was clean and met our needs nicely. It was well stocked with towels and everything anyone could need.

Property is clean and offers things to do while in the hotel. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and game room. There is a laundry room too - but, who wants to do that while on vacation! Property has a path leading down to the river for a beautiful view or just to put your feet in.

Great place to stay, our unit was very clean, and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved being able to swim and use the hot tub. Condo is so close to everything and that was so convenient. My only complaints would be whoever had unit above was very loud about 6 am so that wasnt fun. Also it would have been nice if more jets in hot tub was working

Had Everything We Needed

The king bed was very comfortable, the room had ample space but not large, had every kitchen amenity available including waffle iron and toaster. The bathroom was clean. Things that could have been improved upon: amenities were all very small/ out dated: sinks and faucets were tiny, stove was very old and tiny (not all of the electric burners worked), but overall was thankful that it had the things that it did and we appreciated the place. We spent little time there; just mornings and before bed.

everything was perfect! The only issue that I had was that I left the building very early in the morning and tried to get back in around6:30 in the morning and the front doors were locked. I had to wait for someone to let me in. I don't remember reading anything about that in the welcome information email
