Spacious 1 BR Condo Close To Loon Mountain With King Bed & Queen Murphy Bed

1 bedroom/1 bath vacation condo for rent, 1 mile from Loon Mountain. Close to Clarks Trading Post and Whales Tales Water Park. The condo has a queen size Murphy bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, if you don't feel like cooking, we are within walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants. The condo is on the first floor with an outside and inside entrance, so you don't have to go through the lobby. The condo is self-catering (no daily maid service). You will have access to the Nordic Club Health club which offers an indoor heated pool; indoor and outdoor year-round Jacuzzis, cardio machines; weight training room; dry saunas; racket ball court and game tables. From our porch we have a view of Loon's new South Mountain trails. Free wireless internet access in unit and on site coin-op laundry facilities. The condo is a non smoking unit and Pets are not allowed. No long term/seasonal rentals. We only accept payments through VRBO, no checks accepted.

We stayed here before and It was great and great communication. This time we walked into a strong odor of what appeared to be a musty wet dog smell. It lasted the entire stay even with having windows open and fan on. Messaged the owner and never got a response, even after check out .

Great location and great place.

The place was bigger than we expected and had all the accommodations we needed. Lisa made the process flawless and answered any questions we had promptly. We could not have a better place as the location for skiing is great.

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean and perfect for 3 of us. My daughter loved the pool and spa. The location was close to Main Street and lots of places were walkable. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and teen son stayed at this condo for a snowboarding trip to Loon and found it incredibly convenient. As other reviews mentioned, the property was clean, well-stocked and its proximity to stores, restaurants and the ski resort made for an ideal stay.They played a game of pool (billiards), yet did not have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub facilities.Lisa’s communication was also excellent.

Condo was excellent close to everything and yet still peace and quiet in the moments you want some. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. This is the second time we rent this unit and look forward to many more trips.

This was perfect for our long weekend at the Highland Games! The full kitchen allowed for us not to have to spend on meals every day, the location couldn’t be better- walking distance to many restaurants and the shuttle for the games was literally at the door. The bed was a smidge hard for my super picky back, but better than most places we’ve stayed. Everything was clean, plenty of space, lovely shower pressure, cozy ambience with the fireplace, access to the amenities of the Inn… We loved it, and will definitely be back!

Great condo in the heat of Lincoln, NH

The condo was great for our long weekend with the kids. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, and cozy. The kids had a great time in the pool, game, and racquetball court. Within walking distance to the shops. We walked to breakfast easily. There is also a 2 room gym.

Great stay

We have stayed at this condo twice now. We have friends who own in the building and have stayed here as overnight overflow. We have been comfortable and happy staying in this unit! The ground level access is great for unpacking. It’s not too far from the pool and has been relatively quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Father & Teenagers Ski Weekend

I took by teenage boys (16,19) for a ski weekend at Loon. This property was perfect! We had plenty of space to relax, eat and sleep. The complex has great amenities as well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The other guests at the complex were all great people. The property is so close to the mountain, as well as downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely property

This is our second stay at this property in Lincoln. Lisa is a wonderful host. Everything was all set, including the check in process, before we arrived. The condo is alway very clean. The location is excellent for skiing at Loon or walking downtown. There is a shuttle to Loon, which makes it so easy to stay parked and play. Highly recommend!

Christmas in July

Wonderful place! The condo was clean, had a great set up for us and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted to cook our meals. We stayed July 25-28 to celebrate Christmas in July with a visit to Santa's Village. We also utilized the pool and game room. Some other stops we made were to Clark's Bears, Chutters candy, Flapjacks for breakfast, Woodstock Brewery for dinner, and The Christmas Loft store. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay on your home. We are grateful!
