Great communication with the owner. Property as advertised. We liked that there were extra blankets and pillows in the closet, and there were some laundry pods provided as well. We asked for a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Close to Canyons and the outlets. Would have been nice to have more spices other than salt/pepper. Please add a cutting board to the kitchen items. Would stay again!

Good Value for the Money

This area isn't for everyone because it is a bit of a drive to Park City, but we really like it. This 3BR unit is a bit small (room with two bunks beds is very tight) and not particularly well-stocked, but it is on the 4th floor and has a nice layout. Owner responded quickly to our questions and even drove up from Salt Lake to bring a new parking pass and light bulbs. Overall, a very good experience.

Great condo!

Great condo for our family of 6. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again. Pros - Clean, well-designed, comfortable, air-conditioning, great neighborhood, close to club house (pool), garage parking, unit is close to elevator/stairs, great host, large tub in master, great size (plenty of room for everyone), nice sized dining table with plenty of seating (including bar stools). Cons- Not very well equipped (could use more bath towels and kitchen items). There are no pool towels so bring your own. Make sure you bring everything needed for cooking/eating (cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc.) The dishwasher is loud so run it during the day (it didn't bother us, was just concerning at first). A few other thoughts - The pool is small and was very crowded on the weekend, but started to empty out late afternoon. The bus stop is at the bottom of a long windy road on a steep hill. The pillows weren't great so if you are particular, bring your own. We love Bear Hollow and this unit was great and did the job just fine for us!

Cool Summer Get Away

Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at the property at Bear Hollow. The location is close to the Olympic Park with surprisingly many of the shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Definitely beats staying in the older and cramped downtown Park City. However, we had to buy shampoo and soap for personal hygiene needs because they were not provided.

Awful experience

This property was awful! It was not clean when we checked in (including dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a used mask on the floor in one of the bedrooms), we had ants in the bathrooms, the kitchen has NO supplies and we ran out of dishes every day before we were done with meals, had to ask for extra paper towels which we did get but asked for toilet paper and ended up buying our own after Dorthy told us she had never had problems with people running out. We have stayed in lots of different places and this one was by far the WORST!!!! The location was nice and we did enjoy the pool but that’s it!!! Would not stay here again if it was free!

Great property! Super quiet, high quality surfaces, finishes etc. The photos do not show that the living room, kitchen and dining room make one large open area. Very impressed with this unit. Loved the heated garage as well. Doroth the owner is fabulous!

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable unit!

We loved every minute of our stay, the unit is just as described. It is spacious, has a great layout and the beds are really comfortable. The unit is very close to the hot tub - which was great. We drove 5 minutes to Canyons for free parking, took a quick Uber to Park City one night, and also drove to easy dining 2-5 minutes away. We want to come back!
