We love this property, it's spacious, clean, warm, has everything we need for a comfortable relaxing stay, a quiet, nice street, close to town. Love the outdoor seating area and the beds are super comfy. We feel cared for. The host is quick to reply to any queries. We are very satisfied and plan to return. We feel rested and relaxed after our stay.

Serene Stay

Spacious, modern, spotless. A great place to stay. A quiet no exit street with easy off street parking this home has it all. Comfortable beds and furniture and a well equipped kitchen. We really want to come back and stay longer.

Excellent quiet location, very comfortable house with super beds. Very clean and tidy with all you would need, including a coffee machine. Great host and easy to communicate with. The gravel driveway was similar to others in the street but my grandson loved sitting on the edge stones to stare at the vista.

Spacious and comfortable

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Good location away from the main street.Beds comfortable, we slept well after two days travel from Yorkshire in the UK. Kiakoura is a very pleasant place to take a break.

Everything you can need for your stay away from home. Clean, tidy and a kitchen that has been generously equipped. A quiet location away from the town centre with plenty of walking opportunities if you are so inclined.

Spacious and super comfortable!

We absolutely loved our 10-day stay here over mid-winter – the beds are really comfortable, and the showers are excellent. The house is lovely and warm when we used the heatpump and heaters, but there's also good airflow on days when we wanted to open up. There are so many thoughtful little touches to this house – it's got great facilities (even a coffee machine and plunger), like the washing machine, which made it really easy to settle in for an extended stay. The location was great – there's a beautiful view of the mountains, it's a quick drive to town, and there's a shortcut at the end of Ward St for walking down to the peninsula road and track. It made for a fantastic ~3 hr loop walk across the peninsula to South Bay and northwards back. Communication with Tim was great, he's a superb host, and the house is really well set up. We'd stay here as a group again in a heartbeat.
