The rental is private and accessible from a separate back entrance, and features a small living room area with extendable dining table (2-4 places), private bathroom, your own washer and dryer as well as a kitchen aisle with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed, has a window. Bedroom #2: Single bed, does not have a window.
We are only 2 walkable blocks away from the King Edward Canada Line train station. From there you can directly go to YVR Airport or downtown Vancouver and the cruise ship terminal. We are 1 block from Cambie Street. Visitors arriving at YVR can take the Canada Line to the rental quite easily and it is only a short train ride to continue downtown.
Our rental is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy Vancouver or connect to UBC, Vancouver General Hospital (VGH), BC Women's and Children's Hospital, YVR Airport and many other locations. It is a good base to discover all Vancouver has to offer.
We are only a few steps from Cambie Village, where you can find coffee shops, a drugstore, supermarket, many restaurants, bakeries, and one of the best ice cream places in Vancouver (Rain or Shine).
PARKING:
Free street parking is only between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM or in 2-hour increments during the day. Please note, there is no private parking available.

● There are 7 steps down to the patio and entrance. ● Bathroom access involves 1 step.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
● Home is equipped with a SMART LOCK, instructions will be provided prior to arrival for your cell phone access.

We also offer an electric car (EV) charger as well as motorcycle parking. For quick motorcycle repairs we also have a ramp and workstand you are free to use, as well as a hose to clean your bike.

We had an amazing stay with Brian and Sabine. They made the stay so special by stocking snacks and necessities so we didn’t have to worry about the little things we forgot. The location was perfect with lots of food and the train just a block away. They were quick to respond with any questions and the place was very clean. Would absolutely stay again
We really enjoyed our weeks stay at the property and couldn’t fault it .Very conveniently positioned in a nice quiet area close to transport links for commuting into central Vancouver and a 10 minute walk to Vancouver children’s hospital which was the reason for our visit.Lovely owners who communicated well and provided many extras that you don’t normally find in a rental property including a very thoughtful gift .I am sure we will return to Vancouver and will definitely look to stay at this property.

My husband, son and I booked for a few days and had a wonderful stay. The apt is spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We love the Cambie area and the close proximity to everything. The hosts were lovely and the little extras so thoughtful. We will for sure be back! Great place to stay.

The suite is close to transit, pharmacy and restaurants. It was clean, had everything we needed (and more), easy check-in/check-out and located in safe neighbourhood. We will definitely book again, should we come back to the area.
From the very beginning of communication with the host, we had an excellent experience. The place has everything you need, very clean, and a great location. There were many personal touches throughout the VRBO, which made our experience extra special!
We enjoyed our time in this comfortable suite located in a safe neighbourhood a five minute walk to transit which will take you to downtown Vancouver in less than ten minutes. The suite was clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed during our two week stay and would definitely stay here again.
