River access is 5 minutes drive to the Franklin foreshore. Rustic restoration of this rural cottage has created a peaceful escape from city stresses. Just 45 minutes form Hobart, in the Huon Valley, this is a great place to just relax or use as a base to explore the wineries, national parks and waterways of southern Tasmania.

"The little seed."

This beautiful property has everything. A must for the Tassie visitor. Wonderful hosts, delightful studio and bush surrounds that delight with native animals and birds.
