Great communication with host, quiet neighborhood but close to grocery shopping and only about 30 minute drive from most activites we wanted to do. The outdoor space by the pool was the favorite of the group and we spent most of our time there. The house was clean and a/c worked well. We would stay here again

We were at this property with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids (3 yo and 10 mos). The home is clean and nicely updated and decorated.Beds were very soft, king size a little too squishy for me. Kitchen is stocked with basics but we missed serving bowls, plastic dishes (wine glasses, bowls, kid size) to use outside by the pool. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them.The pool is nice and we appreciated it being heated. Had to buy some pool toys and would of enjoyed more outside seating since we spent most of our time there.Neighborhood is residential and very quiet. You can walk to a nearby park and donut shop but streets are busy to cross.

Quiet, well equipped and clean

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It is in a well established quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals. Pool was heated just right and the backyard is perfect for relaxing. They have thought of everything.

Beautiful stay

We just had a lovely stay for our long weekend in Phoenix. The house seems newly renovated with brand new furniture and looks exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfy and house was sparkling clean. The outdoor space is terrific - we loved the heated pool and just sitting outside to soak in the sun - in January! Highly recommend staying at Pete and Maria's house. 5 stars!
