Escape to Scottsdale/Phoenix in our stylish, fully-equipped 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home.

Relax in the heated pool and spa surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with loungers, a fire pit, outdoor seating and dining area, and a beautiful BBQ island with refrigerator.

Indoors, enjoy a game of pool or watch your favorite movies on the giant 120-inch projection TV.

Located near Golf, Paradise Valley, and Desert Ridge, this home is the perfect getaway for friends and family.

Our lovely 4 bedroom (5 bed + queen inflatable), 2.5 bath, with heated pool and spa, laundry, luxury backyard with BBQ Island fire pit, outdoor dining table, 120inch laser projection TV is all yours for the perfect Arizona getaway

We are available if you need us, we provide lots of information, and a house full of amenities.

Check-in and out are via door code. Our caretaker may meet you at check-in

We have a quiet lovely neighborhood that`s wonderful for a great walk. we are close to kierland, desert ridge, Paradise village, the 51 and the 101 freeways. It doesn`t get any better location wise!

Phoenix and Scottsdale are driving cities. you will need a car. however there is ample Uber available for you

we are not equipped for loud rambunctious gatherings. normal family level noise and activity is fine.

Absolutely no parties. We live in a quiet lovely neighborhood with HOA mandated quiet hours from 10pm until 8am.
We are not well suited for loud large gatherings and parties. Outdoor quiet hours are 10 to 8am. we`ve never had any issues with normal family type noises. However our neighborhood rules require noise to be kept to normal residential levels and no parties for Airbnbs. violations will immediately terminate your stay without refund.

The whole family loved the place as it had something for everyone. We enjoyed every amenity this "Oasis" has to offer. I would book here again! The owner was very responsive to questions as well.

The backyard was amazing. A large turf area that had several areas of shade. Pool was big . All the upstairs rooms are updated. TV room had a projector which made watching movies and sports fun. The proximity To grocery store and dining was good. Most hiking places and golf 15 to 30 minutes. Neighborhood was nice to walk in . Cleaning of outdoor furniture on arrival would be my only request . Host was very gracious.

Fun and roomy

This is a new listing with a few teething problems that I am sure will be ironed out. The property was nice with plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in future.

Great memories

We spent 9 days here and we loved our stay! We made great memories with our friends and family. Great backyard with lots of room for kids to run and play. We loved the hot tub especially on the cooler days. The showers had amazing water pressure. That’s one thing I missed when I came home. The beds were super comfy! Thank you for everything : )
