Gated Community
Magic Village Yards is a gated community. Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the gate code and your personalized door access code.
Self Check-In
This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.
Starter Supplies
As this is a self-catering home, guests are responsible for their own shopping. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll per kitchen
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge
Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided. We do not supply seasonings, condiments, coffee, or tea.
Resort Access
Access to the restaurant and concierge is included. Pool, recreation area, gym, and fitness center access is $100 per unit per day and paid directly to the resort.
Grill Rules
• Propane gas only – charcoal is not allowed and will result in a $500 fee
• $100 flat fee for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen
• Please clean the grill area after use
Parking
Please park in the designated spot assigned to Unit 7664 (number painted on the ground). Additional vehicles must park in non-assigned spots without painted numbers.
The Association partners with Magic Tows to enforce parking rules. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed if the owner cannot be located.
