Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and organized. Check in was a breeze with someone in the lobby waiting to greet you. This was one of the best stocked rentals we have been in. My only complaint, but not enough to lower to 4 stars, was that the rug in the living room bunched up a little and because I have trouble walking because of an injured foot, I had to be very careful not to trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The hostess was wonderful. Always kind and quickly responsive. The view was amazing from sun up to sun down. And loved seeing the lights of the city in the distance. All so beautiful. The pool is always refreshing although the trees were being trimmed last week and a lot of debris blew into the water and on the chairs.

A lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The condo was actually better than the beautiful pictures show. We usually stay at Portofino but decided to give this rental a try. We both agree that we prefer this condo over Portofino and will stay here from now on. We saw both sunrises and sunsets from the huge balcony which was such a joy. I can’t csay enough good things about this property.

We preferred this quieter residential area and will stay here again in the future. The decor was lovely and appeared professional. My only suggestion is the need for beach towels and perhaps a book with local menus. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful! 🤩 The unit was spotless, and the views were incredible. You could catch the sunset from the balcony or the dock, and the oceanside view from the balcony was breathtaking. The white sands and emerald water created the perfect scenery.I even spotted two dolphins from the bedroom window upon arrival! While there were plenty of shower towels, we did need to bring our own beach towels. The only minor improvement would be adding a closet or dresser to the second bedroom, as living out of a suitcase isn't ideal. Despite that, it's still a solid 5-star experience! #Vacation #Unit #View #Sunset #Balcony #Dock #Oceanside #Sands #Water #Dolphins #Towels #Bedroom #Closet #Dresser #Suitcase #Experience

Vacation Sumner 2024

We had a great day time and the location was great! Access to the beach (gulf side) is an easy walk and the beach was never crowded down by the condo. The condo has clean and comfortable! The master shower had really cool shower heads. The kitchen is well equipped and we cook most nights at the condo. My only recommendation is to have access to beach chairs and an umbrella for the guests since we couldn’t bring those on the plane. Thank you for sharing with us!

Beautiful condo

We were greeted at the property upon on our arrival which was nice. This property was beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything that we needed for our two week stay. The beds were very comfortable. The views of the Bay and the Gulf from this corner unit were AMAZING! The weather was a little chilly the second week of our stay, and we did have an issue with the furnace that was fixed promptly. We even found a bag of cookies and a note from the property management on our door on our last day! We highly recommended Surfside Property Management. And we would definitely stay at this condo agan!
