We had a great family time. Convenient and mostly quiet. River put in is easy and the pool was nice and well maintained.

Last minute get away

House was really clean.The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on during a vacation. Loved the pool and access to the river. Loved that you could float to the condo and get out right there. The only thing I would change would be, more towels in the condo.

The pool closest to the river looked nice (we didn’t use either pool). The hot tub was very hot and smelled of strong chlorine. Loved the access to the river. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! We all slept very well!

Fantastic!

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo and the property/amenities. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed mornings with coffee on the balcony with a view of the pool so we could keep an eye on our teenagers from a distance. The river at the back of the property was beautiful and had very few people.The elevator and close parking made our check in and check out very easy. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The rules of this property was extremely strangle! The idea of paying for housekeeping services than asking us to do all of their work was very irritating. I go on a vacation to relax and I had more work to do than at home! No amenities in the bathroom . not enough towls, pillows disappointjng for the price we paid

AS we discussed on the phone had you read the listing you would not have been disapointed on any of the items you mentioned as they are ALL provided in the listing. Rental Agreement and House rules ✅ Check out details ✅ Amenities itemizing the bathroom and linens ✅ The check out details are 3 items: trash, dishes, and lock the door this is our message- Check Out - 11:00 AM. We are sad to see you leave, but it is important that you depart promptly so we can turnover the property for the next incoming guest. Upon check-out we just ask you; -Leave linens on beds -Start dishwasher -Remove all trash to outside dumpster -Lock Up The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival. Amenities: We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!

Overall was great but make sure to bring everything you need

we really really enjoyed the location of this stay and how comfortable the beds were. However, I wish they would have made it clear that they did not have soap in the bathrooms. Not a big deal but I feel like it’s an easy accommodation that they did not fulfill. Also we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating to see the thermostat was set to 75. They make a very big deal of not touching the thermostat and not turning it below 72. So it was unsettling to know they set it to a high temperature at night. Overall it was a great stay other than a few high maintenance thoughts on our end I’m sure. Perfect for sitting in the river and nothing further than 3 miles for everything you need. Great communication with property management. We would stay here again in the future.
