- The pool is seasonal and is only available from Memorial Day to early October
- Access to this home requires 3 stairs to enter and stairs to access bedroom 4, the basement, pool, and backyard living areas which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. However, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms available on the main floor
- Children are not permitted on the pool deck or in the pool without adult supervision
- The owner's boat may be parked at the dock during your stay and is not available for rent
- If the owner's boat is not present, guests are welcome to park a rented boat at the dock during their stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 2 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. Camera 3 is located on the deck and faces the deck living area. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected by the devices (including devices linked to the doorbell camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

The Luxe Lake House is the place to stay if you want a relaxing vacation on the lake. The house has everything you’ll need for any age group. The game room is outstanding and kids will love it. The lake is a short walk but worth it and the pool is well maintained.

Absolutely beautiful home and place! Kids didnt know if they wanted to stay at pool or lake...needless to say, raising them in the country- the lake was it! Plenty of room, and absolutely everything you need for a place to stay! Well stocked with all your needs!can't wait to book next year's family vacay! Our neighbors were absolutely amazing! They invited the grands over to play with there grands! Now that is what I call a family atmosphere!

Beautiful property but not managed properly

Is was a beautiful property & house. Water pressure was awesome & beds were super comfortable! Loved the game room in basement. However the cleaning crew needs to do a better job & the "neighbors in the attic " were very loud. Pool table needs refelted & needs a proper rack that fits. no chalk for the sticks was available either.

Lovely lake home

This was a very nice home that is clean and has many wonderful amenities. Everything is well organized and we had everything we needed to stay there several days very comfortably. The children definitely loved the game room and pool. It was close enough to town to bring in food and yet far enough away to be very private and quiet. Overall a lovely little vacation.

Great place to stay

We booked this house for Spring break to visit the International Disc Golf Center and play disc golf. My kids loved the games in the basement and we played many board games and watch movies! It was great for us! The town of Evan, about 15-20 minutes away has all the stores and eateries you want. Appling was quiet and peaceful.

Life on the Lake

Packs a lot of fun onto a lake lot. Refreshing wading pool, nice game room, cozy fire pit and covered dock highlight this maturing 3 level lake home. Some family members may struggle with the walk to the water. We had a wonderful time and would return!

Overall Great Place - Just Be Aware

Like my title says, overall great place. Location is convenient and the house is very nice and spacious. The pool was nice and we enjoyed using it. Also enjoyed all of the games in the basement. The instructions were made clear and communication with owner was very easy. The only thing to be aware of is the walk to the dock. It’s a long, downhill walk and coming back up was tough for my parents who are both early 60s. Not huge deal, just something you should be aware of. Great spot overall!

We were two families with a total of four adults and four children who stayed over New Years. The house was very well stocked with everything we might need during our stay. All appliances worked well. Plenty of space, even for two families. Thoughtful directions and instructions on how to access and utilize things in the house are posted in easy to find spots. The game room was a hit and we had a lot of fun down there. Lovely views of the lake and surrounding trees in many rooms in the house. Neighborhood was quiet and house was easy to find. There is a grocery store and other shops about a twenty minute drive away. It needs a deep clean, but other than that, our stay was enjoyable.
