The house is exactly how described. Communication with the host with Matt was excelent and he was very flexible and accomodating. Location was excellent short walk to the water where the boys enjoyed hours of fishing. The Greenwell Hotel was also in walking distance and the food was very good. And the oysters from the oyster farm were sensational.
