We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house. The property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the house was exactly as described.The host was very helpful, generous, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need. There’s lots of equipment and games for kids and the space is really good for families. Our dog also loved it, a very safe yard and lots of grass. Easy walk to the beach (although it’s a longer walked to the patrolled section and this is only patrolled in summer). Great bike path in front and an easy walk or ride to town.

New Year Getaway!

The time and care that has been invested into this property was clearly evident. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere created by 'Summer Loving'. A great spot and worth a visit.

Loving Summer Loving!

Summer Loving was a wonderful place for our family to have a short get away! The location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and the house had all the creature comforts you could think of and more. A particular hit with the youngest member of our family was the games room with heaps to keep him occupied when the wet weather hit. Thank you to the hosts for preparing such a lovely place for us to stay!

A week of Summer Loving

With a December to forget and with a couple of walking wounded we settled straight into Summer Loving. It was clean, well appointed upon arrival with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials covered. It is well located for walks to the beach or quick trips to shops and the club for meals. The house had two TV's which helped with separating the grandies from the grown ups and the DVD library helped with lots of choices too. The yard was well maintained and plenty of room for a kick and some fun outside or a game of table tennis in the converted garage. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay with kids. Close to beach

Very well maintained property (with lots of beachy stuff like shells, oars that creates a great ambiance) with almost every convenience you can think of. Lots of games in the den at the back including table tennis, darts, badminton and board games. The kitchen is very well stocked and convenient. The house has 2 TVs, Gaming device and other bells and whistles. I think these aspects are under-marketed in the description. Just a couple of minor things for the owners to look into: * there were some small ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas which a pest control may take care of * there was a small water leak in the kitchen from around the dishwasher. We just wiped off with kitchen towels * The gate had an issue when we returned from outside where like the child-lock thing didn’t work well and we were stuck outside for about 20 minutes. We called the owners and they immediately answered and triedl to talk us through it but didn’t help. * the location of the key safe is not easy to locate when you come here in the dark. Though this may be by design (to avoid unauthorised access to the property) it can be a bit of an annoyance when people have driven 3-4 hours and just want to get in. A small map of the location may help. Having made these minor observations, the property is still fantastic and that does not change from the 5-Star rating I have given them. The owners are fantastic and answer the phone and guide you whenever required. We will come back here again.

Hi Madhav Many thanks for staying at Summer Loving and posting your 5 star rating. We're very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and the special late check out offered to you to extend your long weekend. Regarding "some small ants", rest assured, we pest control annually, however given we are surrounded by beautiful national parks and bushland, nature sometimes has a will of it's own. Our property manager has also since inspected the dishwasher and was unable to find any leaks in the kitchen. They also inspected the front gate pool lock and confirmed that the mechanism was broken due to improper use (i.e. was twisted off rather than simply lifting upwards like most pool gates). As you say, the key safe has been positioned to prevent unauthorised access and until now has been easily found even late at night. Therefore, we haven't been asked to provide a map but happy to provide this in future, so thank you for the suggestion. We value all constructive feedback as we continually strive to provide our guests with the most enjoyable experience possible. All the best, Dayna

Culburra getaway weekend

A great house for our stay in Culburra. Easy walk to the beach and a great outdoor backyard and al fresco area. A very rainy weekend but we still enjoyed it. The house seems more spacious than in the photos and the second living area was a lovely space to relax. Would be lovely in the sunshine.

Relaxing beach stay

Great location to both the beach and local shops. And all the little extras that you might want have been thought of and provided for. We had a wonderful time enjoying walks on the beach, playing table tennis in the games room, and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Hearing the sounds of the waves crashing at night and waking up to the bird sounds in the morning made for such a peaceful and relaxing stay. And that it was pet friendly, was definitely an added bonus!
