Rosencutter

The property was lovely, very clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the large yard, horses at the barn, and the beautiful porch. We had a family gathering where children and adults were very comfortable. The hosts communicated well.

A hidden gem we absolutely loved! This farmhouse is a rare find — beautifully appointed with everything you could need and more. Our hosts were simply outstanding, attentive without being intrusive. The location couldn't be more convenient for campus access. We arrived tired and left completely recharged. The highlight? Watching our grandchild hunt Easter eggs in the yard — pure magic. We'll be back!

farm life

We loved the location...close to K-State and still felt like miles away from civilization. The stars at night were amazing. Very pet friendly.

Best place to stay in Manhattan, Kansas!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and it was amazing! The home was clean and decorated for the holidays. They even stocked the kitchen with common ingredients for us to use, including brownie makings! Don't hesitate to book your stay. I highly recommend!

Farm away from farm

We absolutely loved this place! It was super clean, they thought of every detail. It was quiet AND close to the college. We felt very at home and were sad when our trip was over!
