This gorgeous home is located in the Desert Falls Country Club. A great location, w/ northern patio exposure, facing a large greenbelt, with pool and spa less than 50feet from the home! You can see the large pool from your patio, just a hop, skip, and jump away! Desert Falls is a gorgeous area for walking, swimming, tennis, or golf!



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features: King bed with 2 nightstands, and lamps, ceiling fan, private patio with beautiful views of the mountains and the pool. The bathroom features a soaking tub, shower dual vanities and a walk in closet. The main bedroom features 50in. Smart TV w/Cable Service. The upstairs guest room features a king bed, en-suite bath w/ shower and a closet and a 42in. Smart TV w/apps. The downstairs guest room features a king bed, walk in closet, and a 42in. Smart TV w/apps. The restroom is located in the hallway next to the bedroom.



INDOOR

Open living area features a large sectional for you and your loved ones to enjoy a movie or a show. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and can be expanded if needed. The living room features a 65in. Smart TV w/ Cable Service. The kitchen features a breakfast table, a 32 in. Smart TV, is ample stocked with utensils and everything you need for a meal prep. Access the partially covered patio through the kitchen or living room sliders. Upstairs lounge area offers a place to relax and enjoy a TV show. The unit features a full size washer and dryer, and a two car garage.



OUTDOORS

Patio features an outdoor table for 6 guests, two burner BBQ and is a perfect way to access the pool and spa area. The community pool has ample space to enjoy sunshine, go for a swim and use the spa year round!

Awesome Trip

The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It's centrally located in Palm Desert, so it was a quick 10-15 minute drive to any restaurant we wanted to go to. We'd definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Gorgeous Home

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Everything was just right. The attention to detail is the best we’ve seen in any home we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a ton of places). Bright and Comfortable

This unit is clean, spacious, well decorated and has a good supply of kitchen essentials. The pool is only a few steps away and the units are nicely spaced apart so you don’t feel crowded. The location is very quiet, private, convenient to a grocery store and restaurants.

Great Rental

The unit was laid out comfortably and very clean. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were labeled indicating what was inside. That made it easy to find what you needed and also where to put items away. It was a plus having TV's in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The location was great. Grassy area for kids to play and near the pool but not too close as to be bothersome. All in all, a great place and would rent again.

The condo is exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, very spacious. My only complaint, are the swimming pools. The pools are very dirty. For two full days, the pools were so filthy, no one could swim in them. I do realize however, this is not the fault of the condo owner nor of the management company. I definitely enjoyed the actual condo. Michael

Family Vacation

Location was good, proximity to pool is perfect. The BBQ was important to our family, I called in advance to ensure that it was working clean and had plenty of propane. I was assured that it would be taken care of . Unfortunately the only thing that was delivered was it was clean. There was barely any propane and no extra tank . The unit needs a new bbq and either a gas line or a 2nd tank available in the garage. The condominium is well apportioned and we enjoyed our stay.
