This recently built villa is located in a very peaceful setting near Valbonne, with a wonderful view of the golf course from every room. The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, balcony, or terrace.
The villa has been renovated in a modern yet warm style, featuring large bay windows that allow you to enjoy the gorgeous and serene outdoor setting surrounding the property. The garden spans approximately 6,000 m² and offers a Mediterranean atmosphere with numerous olive trees; there is also a good-sized saltwater pool (15x5m) in the garden. It is possible to rent a small guest house for two additional people (upon request and for an extra fee).

Living room, dining room, and large modern kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances open onto a dining terrace overlooking the pool area and the garden.
Bedroom 1—very spacious bedroom, 180-cm bed (which can be split into two single beds), TV, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, and toilet, air conditioning, and views of the golf course.

First Floor:

There is an additional 5th bedroom in the guest house (available upon request only, at an extra cost).

The villa features a gym with a foosball table and a home theatre, as well as an utility room.

The saltwater swimming pool has a cover, an infinity edge, and can be heated.
