Ville de Marco condo on the Marco River
Newly remodeled, cozy one bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo on the Riverfront in Historic Old Marco! Nicely updated with new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom has a new King size bed and living room has a brand new sofa sleeper. View of the Marco River from living room and patio. Short walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, marinas, and recreational rental equipment. Heated pool, boat docks, fishing pier, community center on the water. 2 flat screen TV's, private patio, all new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, close parking. Two-three mile drive to 2 public beaches. No smoking, minimum stay is 30 nights, application fee is $100, maximum occupancy is 2 persons. There is a $500.00 security deposit due at booking refunded within 7 days after departure. Discount for multiple month rentals.
