Worth the stay for six days

Spacious and good location. Good firepit and views. We enjoyed our stay, there was a weird propane gas or dead animal smell in the fourth bedroom which is a kids room with bunk beds, but we didn't spend any time there so just ignored it. The air broke down while we were there, but the owner bent over backwards to get it fixed immediately.

Great River House

Devin and Laura are very accommodating and are amazing hosts! House had plenty of room and essentials for our large family. House is in a great location - we were able to do both Parker and Havasu. Will definitely come back again. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home. :)

We also followed up the morning after your arrival to see how your first night went. Regarding the HOA community boat launch, we want to clarify that access to this amenity is not included with the rental, and the listing does not advertise it. To assist, we provided information on the nearest public boat launch, less than a mile away. We have not experienced any plumbing issues at the property in the past, and no concerns were raised during your stay. We encourage open communication with our guests and are always ready to address any issues promptly to ensure a comfortable visit. Our dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the consistent positive feedback we receive.

Great Cool home!

This wasn’t just an average Vrbo house! It was a home. Loved everything about it. Kid and adult friendly. They had everything and more you’d need to have a wonderful time. For sure will stay again. Host was great too! Checked in on us. Over AMAZING
