- Respect these pool rules for your safety
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony/patio where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Bins are to be taken out on bin days
- THE KEYS SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE LOCKBOX ONLY

Fantastic accommodation

Terrific spot, close to where we had to go, within walking distance of breakfast, 2klm from central Darwin. Well serviced comfortable beds. Great pool. Highly recommend.

A little haven

So much to like about Zen Treetops - excellent kitchen/dining/living area, outside dining and private pool. Close to CBD, very well equipped. Pity the garden was so neglected - detracted from the overall impression
