Welcome to one of the best locations in Kailua Kona, White Sands Village. This premium condo is located on the 2nd floor and has a peek-a-boo ocean view.

This condo offers approximately 1100 sq ft of interior space with a 416 square foot lanai. This condo has a beautiful, new kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, elevator, free Wi Fi and so much more! It comes with a covered parking space for one vehicle and guest parking!
Sleep tight in a Cal King bed in the owner suite and another Cal King in the guest bedroom.

White Sands Village is a great choice for your Kona Vacation Rental destination. This condo has ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.

The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.

A large covered barbecue area is located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou, with theaters, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants!

All guests must sign Kona Vacation Rentals Rental Agreement and purchase a Damage Protection Plan (included as part of your reservation).

Reservation requests with arrival over 12 months from the booking date will need advanced approval by KVR Broker In Charge or Principal Broker. Rates are subject to change greater than 12 months in the future.

Great spot

We chose this condo because it had two king beds and two bathroom's. It looked just like the pictures. It is right across the street from magic sands beach,which we loved, and had all the beach accessories you could need. If we return to the big island we will definitely stay here again. 1 thing to be aware of is the bathroom doors are slated and not solid so not much in the sense of privacy. You can't see in, but you can hear everything. A little awkward if you're traveling with friends.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you should need. It is a spacious condo with a large lanai area. Easy access to Magic Sands beach and the pool was very nice. Thank you for a great place to stay while we relaxed on the Big Island! !
