We had a nice stay. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked with towels and dishes/utensils. We used the beach wagon they provided almost every day. The pool was warm which was great for our young kids. There were a few minor issues (AC not working when we checked in, broken blinds in one bedroom, pool not heating one day) but the host team was extremely responsive and fixed everything we needed right away! We couldn’t ever figure out how to turn the outdoor lights on but I’m sure they would’ve fixed that too had we asked. Overall a nice stay!

Unit was just as described. Very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. Cons: a lot of stairs but they do have an elevator. The pool is very tiny and was so hot.

A wonderful place to stay

Everything and more you could need to make your beach trip the best. The house was so clean and had all the materials needed to make your stay easy. The location was amazing for beach, shopping and dinners!

Great 3 bedroom place super close to Siesta Key beach. Property was nicely decorated, clean, and really close to the shops / restaurants on Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again.

Silver Shore was a fantastic place to stay with our family! The management team was extremely responsive and the property was well appointed and well maintained. Beach access is so close and easy, as is getting to downtown Siesta. We very highly recommend staying here!

Siesta Easter break

We had a great time at this property! The place in even better than the pictures! We had our 4 children and 2 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! It was very clean! Thank you for a fabulous space to enjoy the holiday with family and friends!

Our stayed was amazing the house is in a prime location right across from the beach, the pool was great, overall the house exceeded our expectations. We fall in love with the neighborhood and hope to come back soon. Everything was accessible and super close. Great house for a family vacation. We missed Siesta Key already.

this house was great! only issue was the elevator did not work for the entirety of our stay. Other than that the location to the beach was amazing, the hopper took just a short ride into town but also walkable and the pool was amazing. beds were also super comfy!

Photos don’t do Justice here. The rooftop view, the pool area, the living space, they’re all magazine quality. When you pair that with the beach proximity and the customer service, it equals a great getaway. Will return.

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience at this residence. The management company was so welcoming and responsive. The property was very clean and beautiful. It is a 2 min walk to the Siesta Key beach and the property has so many beach goodies in the storage (beach chairs, umbrellas, life vests for toddlers, fun floaties). They also provided laundry detergent, hand soaps, beach towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods etc. We can't wait to come back. The pool area has a small fridge and a TV, too.

Beachy Stay!

This house is amazing. Note that there are a lot of stairs. Like a lot. There is an elevator, but those can malfunction. Don't rely on that if your anyone in your party can't do stairs. Have fun! Sarah

Summer Beach Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful. The pool was the perfect size for cooling off and lounging. The interior (and exterior) is beautifully decorated and has all of the appointments needed for a week long stay. The management company was SO prompt and responsive when we had an issue with one of the exterior door locks. The maintenance guy was working on something on the next door unit and we chatted with him, happened to mention a broken beach chair. He brought us another one. Just as really great property, management and location. Just the relaxing week we needed. Thanks to all!

Enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and modern. The pool area was one of the must haves for us but we were unable to use it as the noise from the pump was unbearably loud. The pool pump ran all day and night and made it difficult to sleep in the back bedroom on the second floor. Handrail at the very top set of stairs is not secure. Water pressure in the kitchen was not strong enough and there didn’t seem to be hot water at the kitchen sink which made kitchen cleanup a challenge. Bathrooms could have used a few more towels. The bottom of the sliders facing the street on the top floor were dirty and moldy, didn’t appear as if they had been cleaned in quite a while. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, but one of the chairs in the living room is starting to tater. We did enjoyed our vacation but are not certain we would return to this property don’t think it was worth what we paid.

LOVE!!!

Oh my gosh this place! Ya know how sometimes the pictures show a gorgeous property and then you get there and it’s less than gorgeous? Such is NOT the case with this beach house! It was sparkly clean, the linens were quality, the beds were comfy, the location was CRAZY good (beach right across the street), the rooftop sun deck was wowowowow! Also, come on! Gourmet cupcakes on the counter upon arrival? With our NAME ON THEM!?! Great touch, people! The pool was warm, the beach was powdery white (I found so many sand dollars!), plus we saw an ACTUAL sea turtle! Ok, back to the property: the bathrooms and kitchen each had cute little boxes with single-use supplies (soap, laundry pods, sh & condi, etc.). We didn’t use the grill, but it was large and looked new. We had a minor issue with the AC on the 2nd floor, which was literally addressed within minutes of our contacting the property manager. Lots of steps in the house, which I happen to like, but there’s an elevator if you’d rather not. It’s tiny and slow, from what I heard, but it’s an elevator nonetheless! Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Everything looks brand new. There were beach chairs and bikes for our use. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Not large, but perfect for bobbing around and chatting all day. Ok! I thought of one thing that might have been better - we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the last day! Many restaurants w/i walking distance! Running out of space - 110% satisfied! :)

Siesta Key

The property was perfect for a week long stay. So many amenities from the private pool to the Myers hand soap and dish washing liquid that was supplied. There was an over abundance of towels, the views were simply amazing, from being able to see the beach from the living room to the roof top views to watch the sunset. The only issue was the elevator. It did not work upon arrival, I messaged the management company and they responded right away and sent someone within the hour. The next day a rep from the Cottages team brought over a bottle of wine and a card to make up for the inconvenience. The elevator never worked properly, and I know there was an issue with the elevator to the adjoining unit. Walking up 4 flights of stairs was a lot for me, especially since I had just had back surgery a few months ago. It put a lot of strain on me, and one reason I chose this property was because of the elevator. Beach cart, and chairs were provided, as was an umbrella. The beach was a quick 2 minuet walk across the street. We had beach toys, and floats for the beach and the pool. The pool is small but it was amazing to return from the beach and just enjoy it. The outside area was beautiful, and there was a covered area with a spacious table, refrigerator and a flat screen. The tv in the living room was great as it offered many channels. The beds were comfortable. Just be aware it states the house sleeps 12- one room has bunk beds with full size mattresses-so it was able to sleep 8, with 2 other bedrooms to sleep 2 people in each room. The appliances were all brand new, and ceiling fans in each room. There was a smart screen which enabled me to send a message to the management company, and also provided suggestions for places to eat. This was an amazing home, the only downfall was the elevator that did not work.

Awesome rental across from beach

We loved our stay in this rental property! The unit looked just like the pictures. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach access. This part of the beach is far enough away from the main parking area that it was less crowded and easy to find a spacious spot. We often walked into town for dinner at night and our older children were able to walk to the bars as well. Our favorite feature of the unit was the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the main room which had a beautiful view of the beach. We used the bikes they provided for rides around the key, our favorite ride being to Turtle Beach which is a hidden gem. The outdoor living space was awesome. We had dinner at the table a few nights, my husband worked there in the mornings and the guys watched the bowl games on the outdoor tv many an afternoon. The pool is lovely, but it is shaded virtually all day, thankfully, it is heated. The rooftop deck is also very nice, but during our stay in Dec/Jan, the sun set behind one of the buildings across the street. We used it mainly to read in the sun on cooler days or to do yoga. Keep in mind the chairs are bolted to the roof, so they can not be moved around. We did have a few issues with the unit, but management was extremely responsive to all our calls. Florida was having a cold snap when we arrived, so the pool was not heating and the upstairs heating was not working. I left a message with management using the kiosk in the unit and someone called me back within fifteen minutes. After investigating the heating issues in the unit, management brought over space heaters to use as the main heating unit on the roof needed to be replaced and it would not be fixed during our stay. Between the heat rising from the floor below which has it's own unit and the space heaters, we were fine while it was so cold outside. After looking into the pool issue, management ended up replacing the pool heater outside and the pool was very comfortable the rest of our stay. Another day we called about a lack of washcloths & hand towels and new ones were dropped off the next day. Then we called about a lack of serving dishes and again brand new serving dishes were dropped off the next day. Every time we left a message on the kiosk, someone called us back within fifteen minutes. Then management followed up to fix the issue the next day. We couldn't be more impressed with their customer service.
