THE HIBISCUS is the epitome of luxury on the doorstep of Onetangi Beach.

Enjoy the modern comfort in beautiful surroundings. Walk through the grounds to the beach or relax on the deck with a glass of wine and take in the unforgettable ocean view.

The Hibiscus, which is part of the Heritage building, has been fully modernised to an impeccable standard and is set out over 2 floors, with separate living areas upstairs & down, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. So plenty of space for large family groups. The Entrance is on the top floor via the wraparound deck, the hallways leads to The kitchen and open plan dining & living area with french doors onto the huge deck . Off the living area is the master ensuite bedroom with a huge picture window with views over the gardens to the sea. On this level are a further 2 bedrooms (a king & a bunk room) and the family bathroom.

Downstairs are 2 twin bedrooms, and a huge games room. This has a full size pool table, along with a media area. A huge laundry and further bathroom and outdoor shower to rinse off in after the beach.

This is the perfect spot for a relaxed family holiday! Located between three great restaurant/bars and a short walk from the Onetangi supermarket - enjoy the convenience of this location. It is the perfect base to explore everything the island has to offer including worldclass vineyards and luxury dining , to unforgettable beaches and coastal living - everything the island has to offer is on your doorstep.

Each stay incurs a one off fee of $ 330 for exit clean and linen hire.

Lovely apartment, ideal for our family group. The downstairs TV/billards room was a fantastic asset giving family members space to be apart. Welcoming bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Perfect location.

Work get away!

We all had a great time here, the place does feel a little "beach batchy" from the outside when you arrive, but the inside is anything but. It is beautifully decorated, comfy and very clean. It is close to nice little cafes and restaurants and right by the beach. again we loved it and would stay again

Great for girls’ weekend!

Six of us stayed for a weekend and loved it! The kitchen, living area and deck were great and there were three bathrooms which worked well for us. The location was great - a view of the sea, the lovely beach over the road, the Four Square (well stocked and reasonable prices) a short walk up the hill and a few cafes/restaurants next door or a very short distance away.

Perfection

This property is ideally located on the beach with restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery all just around the corner. Also the wonderful island bus service has a stop half a block away from the condo. We wanted a place to relax and regroup after flying to Auckland from Ohio. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Comfortable stay

We travelled with family for a 3 night stay, I was a bit disappointed about the initial appearance of the building, it is in need of a paint job. I inside was comfortable , clean and well appointed. Once again some TLC is required. We also had to call out someone to attend to water issues , however to was sorted relatively quickly.
