Uber Cool Cabin - Garden Cocktail Bar, Home Theatre, Spa pool

Our holiday home is situated in Little Oneroa with beautiful views across the harbor back to the Oneroa village. It is also just 10 minutes drive from the passenger ferry terminal and Oneroa Village.

Located down a quiet road on a sloping 1500 m2 section, our three level home provides great sea and bush views, native New Zealand bush walks, several outdoor dining and entertainment areas (including a Garden Cocktail Bar) and a Spa pool to relax in. Just 5 minutes walk away is Fisherman’s Rock and the Blowhole as well as a pebble beach known to locals.

Several great public beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Picnic equipment are also available to use.

This is an ideal holiday home suitable for families, couples and groups of friends.

We live in Auckland and will handle all your reservation and booking enquiries.
We will also greet you and handle any property queries and local knowledge requirements that you may have.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighborhood, sometimes known as “Little O”, includes a mixture of locals and holiday homes. The nearby “Little O” beach has a children’s playground and is only 15 minutes walk away. Next to this is the “Big O” beach and is popular with all ages.

We had an exceptional stay at Te Moto Nui. The host was so welcoming and left the place fully stocked. The space is incredible. Great location with path to the beach. We loved the jeep. Only wish is that we could stay longer :)

This property well exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and clean, beds were really comfortable, house was well equipped and the spa, bar and theatre were all amazing. However the real highlight of the property is the hosts, they have put so much thought and detail into the property from a lovely tour upon arrival, welcome platter and wine/beer, fresh cut flowers, beautiful room accessories and so much more it really felt like a luxurious break not just renting someone’s house. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick & Megs house. Your hospitality was next level amazing and very much appreciated. So many treats everywhere - thank you!The outdoor dining & entertaining spaces were perfect, as the weather was great. The outdoor shower was well used after swimming & biking.The media room, complete with jaffas - fabulous.Oh, the table tennis table ensured a fierce family competition was had!The beds & pillows very comfy. Wedding Trip to Waiheke

From its general features to the details this property is wonderful. We used the home to house several family members and it was the base for a week of wedding fun. The bedrooms are all wonderful. The bathrooms exceptional - never had a better shower. The Jacuzzi, lawn games, outdoor bar and kitchen are all super. Add to that ping pong, a cinema room, lots of outdoor sitting, a nature walk right to the beach and an outdoor shower. To top off the owner is so personal and helpful. Awesome all around.

Awesome place

Rick was a great host and met with us on arrival. He showed us where everything was and how everything worked and had detailed instruction manuals on hand to refer to (including how to use the TV, games consol etc). Thoughtfully he and his wife had a food hamper and some beers ready and waiting for us. The place was really amazing and there was so many options of activities to do on the property including table tennis which was perfect for a rainy day. The car with the property made it easy to go and get supplies.

Te Motu Nui is a spectacular property in a great location. We loved how every bedroom was luxurious, beds are super comfy and every detail is taken care of. The spa, Le Shed and the movie room were all fantastic. Beautiful furnishings and art in every room and a wonderful welcome hamper and many extras not noted in the listing. Would have loved to stay longer.
