Nice house in quiet area. We stayed 3 nights during the Lobstah festival in late July so the house was a little warm with no AC but ceiling fans in every room made it manageable. Kitchen is well stocked and we made breakfast every morning. BBQ outside could use an update there was no cover so it's weathered some what.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and just as advertised. The wi-fi was very weak/slow and the remotes for the ceiling lights and fans were confusing because each remote seemed to operate numerous rooms, but all in all, it was great!

Family Time in a Family Space

Our family lives 3 miles away so this property was perfect for spending time with them and enjoying the amenities at the house. The outdoor space is beautiful and so perfect for playing and exploring. The house was well maintained and served our purposes. You can tell the property owners care and provided so many extras for our convenience. Amber, the property manager, was so attentive and responsive throughout the process and during our stay. Would stay here again!

Well Kept Country Home with a Garden View

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Very private and quiet location. The outdoor patio and garden area is beautiful for morning coffee and the fire pit area is awesome. You will have everything you need at this home as it is well stocked and maintained. The only issue we had is the TV spooling all the time but we weren't there to watch TV but would have been nice to have on occassion. Any contact with the caretaker was always timely. We would stay again!

The house was not prepared for guests

When we arrived at 6:20 we had not received the access code or arrival instructions. We had to call evolve who then sent them. There was no water, the heat was turned down and there was no linens on the beds or towels in the bathrooms. We found the linens and the towels in the closet but could not find the comforters. We then called evolve again who got us the code for the lockbox and gave us instructions on where to find the comforters. I will attach photos of the beds bathroom’s and closets. Evolve manages the listing and I requested a partial refund over a week ago and have not gotten a response as of yet.

Peaceful Getaway

Very comfortable place to stay. Sweet little spot for hanging out with friends and/or family. The fire pit and dry wood that was supplied was awesome... As it allowed us to sit out under the starts gazing into the fire and listening to the owl hooting nearby. The kitchen could use a few more supplies. i.e. a larger cutting board, or two and a couple more utensils for cooking.

Trip to Maine

The property was very nice - however the French press coffee maker while being a fun novelty is not efficient for multiple coffee drinkers. We purchased a mr coffee maker and gifted it to the house. It would have been helpful upon check in to know that the only door the code worked for was the basement door. We tried several times at the front door then finally tried the basement door - other then those relatively small matters it was great.

Great Home To Get Away From It All

Great house! The property is perfect if you are interested in quiet. Found a great store and restaurants about 7 miles away in Union. No issues at the home except the beautiful outdoor area had no patio chairs and the grill did not have gas. Otherwise really liked the property.
