Our lovely villa has High-Speed WIFI suitable for online working and studying. It is situated on the Solana Resort Community which is located in the US27 between the 192 and the I4. This villa has 5 bedrooms/3 en-suite masters, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. It is about 15 minutes from Disney World, minutes away from many golf courses, and near all the major attractions.

Great place to stay in central location!

Place was in a great location and had plenty of room for the whole family. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only things I would change would be more towels and rags and not all the lights seened to be working either replace light bulbs or label the switches better so you would know better how to turn the lights on other thsn that the place was greatforfor bathing and also all

Wonderful!!

Upon arrival, the home was very welcoming, clean and spacious. We had a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids. There was enough space and privacy for everyone. The house was supplied with basics, toiletries, dishes, linens, etc. Would stay again. basics

Wish we would have got to enjoy this property longer, but Hurricane Milton had other plans so we cut our week short. The time we spent at the property we enjoyed. Plenty of space for our group.

Great stay overall

Very clean and spacious house. Great community to walk around. Nice size pool and spa tub. Only issue we had is that we paid for pool heat and expected it to be warm but yet it was still cold in the pool each day. Also expected the spa tub to be warmer but it was same temperature as the pool. 160 we expected to be warm and enjoyable. My kids did not get to enjoy the pool as wanted to. Was part of there Christmas gift. Relaxing vacation with nice warm pool water. But other than that it was great house. Pool table and ping pong in the garage.

Great house

Great house in a nice locked community. We had a few issues like the first night all the smoke detectors were beeping but the property manager was quick to fix it the next day. The other issues we had was the pool was freezing cold and the tub they say is a hot tub is not a hot tub it’s just a jetted tub that’s the same temperature as the pool so that was not a nice surprise. There was also little bugs around the sink in the kitchen but not a big deal little things to be expected. One big think I didn’t like was how easy the doors could get locked we ended up getting locked out of the bedroom and I had to climb through the window to unlock the door and the bathroom door got locked as well and it stayed that way our whole trip dispute telling the property manger

Very nice place to stay!

We stayed here prior to racing Ironman 70.3 in Haines City with our kids and grandkids. The home was as advertised with pretty much everything you'd need for a stay. Kids really enjoyed the toys, ping pong, & pool table in the garage.Checking in took some time. We had to go to main clubhouse to get parking passes but there wasn't anyone there. Called the number on the counter and then someone came in from pool area. Not a big deal. We brought our Amazon FireStick but couldn't use it in master bedroom. Wifi wasn't fast enough. Not a big deal though.The rest of the family used the pool at the clubhouse, we didn't. We didn't use the pool at the house as we didn't know it was an extra cost. Should've asked, I guess.Overall, had a great time though!

Perfect Disney Trip

We stayed at this location for our 1 year olds firat Disney trip and it was perfect. Its just outside of the busy Orlando area and the house was clean and in working order. The check in and out was easy and the guards at the gate were all very nice. Theres plenty of local stores including a publix right down the road that makes staying off disney property easy. The couches in the living room are a bit worn out and sag but we did not mind very much. I would recommend this location and company and would stay here again. 10/10

Welcome Home

The home was immaculate, welcoming, and just the right size for our family. The owner was very responsive throughout. When we arrived earlier than planned, the gate guard needed approval to allow us to check in early. Again, the owner was very responsive. The guards are also very friendly.

Family vacation get away

Our kids range from 4 to 14 and they all enjoyed this home for our week in Florida. It provided everyone with enough space and privacy with 4 bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. My youngest was in the pool all week. Getting the heat for the pool was well worth it and provided us with a great way to start and end most days with quality family time. When our week was up, everyone was left wishing would could stay for another.

The house was somewhere to sleep, we enjoyed the house it was very accommodating for our party of 11. We did not spend much time in the house just because there is entirely too much to do in Orlando to spend in a house. Was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. Great for a big family vacation

We had a great time! The location to grocery stores and gas stations wa wonderful. Loved the open floor plan. Great communication with owner! The hot tub could be hotter. 85 degrees is not hot enough for Michigan folks on spring break. We have stayed a numerous VRBO’s and this exceeded our expectations.

NO REFRIGERATOR

The first morning we woke up we did a large grocery order. During the morning we noticed the fridge was not getting cold. In the VISITORS BOOK it states to wait 24 hours before calling anyone and to give time for adjusting. After 24 hours I called. and was told I should have called earlier it’s too late. I explained I spent almost $500 in groceries. They sent Brian over who stayed the fridge was shot and needed to be replaced. He reported this to Eve. THE FRIDGE DID NOT AARIBE UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE LEAVING! We lost all our food, spent more money on a cooler ice and more food only to be refused REIMBURSEMENT WE WERE OFFERD $100 if we promised not to do a bad review! I reached out again and asked to be compensated and fot the same offer!! We spent at least an additional $260-$300! So sad!! I will be going to small claims court if I don’t receive a decent refund soon!!

Need some TLC.

Was really surprised after reservations were made that it was requested that a additional payment would be required for the use of the BBQ and the Jacuzzi. Why would they put this in the add of the property without disclosing this? With a payment of $40.00 to use the BBQ they then followed up with a statement that if the gas was low that you would have to go and have the tank refilled and that they would reimburse you?? What's the point of the $40.00? Has potential but seems that this place could use a little sprucing up.

Good location but beat up

Homeowner was ok to respond (took a day or two). Property management was terrible. Never available and basically told us we’re on our own with the issues of the house. No dishwasher for two weeks. When it was installed, it was not properly secured. They were supposed to return but never did. The house was definitely a rental, very well used to put it nicely. Tables, chairs and one couch should be replaced. Beds and cooking pans were good. House was cleaned upon our arrival but not to our level of cleanliness. I won’t rent this place again.

Not good

House was not clean. Garbage cans dirty and full flies that came into the house. Closet of the main bathroom full of dirty laundry maybe from the last visitors, no able to use it. Bathroom sink dirty with one dry contact lense there. Floors dirty eveywhere, not even swept. Not enough glasses and spoon. Pots dirty with dry food in it. Coffee machine dirty and very very old. Grill dirty not cleaned by the last user. No remote controls in 2 rooms. Pool door broken , place remained open. Pool porche floors dirty , tables dirty , toys everywhere Game room dirty and full with baby chairs everywhere A crib was in one of the main rooms and could not be moved from there Not what we saw on the pictures. Not good impression at all. Seems the house was not cleaned with enough time or not use for a long time. Not my first rent in Orlando and this one was the worst i faced.

Nice Property, But Poorly Maintained

We stayed at this property over the 2012 Christmas holiday. Positive aspects of our stay included the following: 1) Central location for our excursions, 2) Gated community with full time security, 3) Nice clubhouse and facilities, 4) Newer furnishings and appliances, 5) Quiet surroundings, 6) Well stocked kitchen, 7) Open design with plenty of room for nine of us. Our disappointment came in the way the property had been maintained. The most troubling issue was the pool and hot tub. A big reason we chose this property was to have a heated pool for the kids and a hot tub for the adults. We paid the extra fee to have the heat turned on. However, throughout our stay we had trouble getting the hot tub to normal temperature. Also, the water levels in both basins kept declining. A maintenance man came out a couple times to help us with both problems, but fixing them the right way required a specialist and the problems largely remained until our departure. The trash situation was the second most troubling problem. By contract, the renter is to have two large garbage totes and a recyclables bin at their disposal. Upon arrival, there was only one large tote and it was nearly full from the previous guests. We addressed this with local management who sent a man out. He was only able to take a couple of bags out of the tote as the rest of the trash was unbagged. In a nutshell, we were forced to take repeated trips to the clubhouse with our own trash. Normal trash collection did not come until the day before we departed due to the holiday. We found cleanliness to fall short of what we have seen in similarly priced properties. For example, the back of a bathroom door was covered in human hair. There was mold on a window sill of one of the shower stalls and one of the provided towels had a chunk of lipstick stuck to it and smeared on. These are just three examples. Other more minor issues include several broken or malfunctioning items. The patio door slide was broken making the heavy door very loud to open and close. The patio light was not working making it difficult to grill at night. The nook was missing a chair leaving us one short. May, the owner, asked us for feedback upon our return home. We shared the above items and others asking at least for the return of our initial deposit and the extra pool fee. She returned just that, but no more. This could be a really nice place to stay with better local maintenance and management.

Disney vacation

The house was nice but is in need of updating and dusting. Couch was broken. Had flying ants in the bathrooms by the pool and all in the pool. Sent out an exterminator the next day that took care of those but I had to clean the whole pool. The next day after we got back from a long day at animal kingdom the air was not working. Texted maintenance and was talked through on how to fix the problem u til air guy came out. All in all it was a nice house.

Booking and checkin process was very easy, house was what I expected from the picture on the booking app. Pool was clean and house came with things you may need for your stay. Close to the main strip so you don’t have to travel far for shopping.
