2 living areas 1 with smart tv / Foxtel, plus downstairs a bar and living area with smart tv that opens to a 3rd outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, Bar and table seating, opening onto the lawn that overlooks the Portsea pier.
wander down to La Capucin grab a coffee and a croissant and stroll down the pier to start every day on your holiday.
