Newly renovated in 2015, this five bedroom builders home has high end finishes with an open floor plan for entertaining. There is a large screened in porch off of the kitchen overlooking the pool with large outdoor seating and patio couches for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Four bedrooms on the second floor and a fifth bedroom located on the third floor with its own separate sitting room with a television.
Located just 10 minutes to the downtown area and south shore beaches, this rental home is perfect for your Nantucket summer vacation. Just a short bike ride from the Cisco Brewery, Cisco beach and Miacoment golf course; the only public 18 hole course on the island, you will feel right at home here. This house is perfectly located so you can easily sneak out to Bartlett Farm, into town, and the mid island Stop and Shop via Hummock Pond Road.
If you prefer to relax at home, enjoy the beautiful backyard with comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. If the weather isn't perfect, or you just can't stand the bugs, the screened in porch is a great place to hang with your family or host a dinner party with friends.

Excellent Host

We rented this house for a week for a family vacation. We had 5 adults, 2 children age 5, a 2 year old and a one year old. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room with 5 bedrooms and everyone could have their own bathroom. The listing was accurate in all respects. The kids very much enjoyed the pool. The location was great, short drive to everything and a coffee shop within walking distance. Located on a very quiet street just outside town, very relaxing. Above all, the host was very accommodating and accessible and really went over and above to make us feel at home on the island. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Lovely house with pool

Nice house with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, good kitchen layout looking into family room, and screened in porch overlooking beautiful pool. Modern, large refrigerator and cabinets to store food. Had tupperware, microwave and toaster that we appreciated using. Think should get new pots and pans and few more of them plus breakfast size bowls and some platters/larger bowls that can use as serving dishes and a cookie sheet. Pool was lovely to sit around and loved the grill. Was so nice sitting outside by pool but pool itself was chilly but not a biggie, we still jumped in on warm days. Overall a lovely house and in location that was close to Stop & Shop and Bartlett Farm and not too far from Main Street - easily drove our car and rode bikes there from the house. Great house and hosts!

Great stay

Alison's house was just as advertised, and made our week long trip to Nantucket wonderful. Alison was also extremely responsive the entire week. Would definitely stay again.

Total perfection

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful home for a week this past summer. We have rented on Nantucket for the past seven summers and this is by far the best home we have had the privilege to rent. From the start, the owners of the property were quick to reply and made the rental process so easy. Aside from being IMMACULATE, the home has everything you need for a family vacation. It was stocked with quality towels, bedding and funiture. The kitchen was fully equipped (this coming from a culinary school grad)...top of the line equipment and not once did I feel like it lacked anything. The house is perfect for a family and for having another family over for entertaining a small group. Ample places to entertain and relax. The pool was fantastic and they supply everything for pool or beach in the shed outside. Beach chairs, loungers, coolers, floats... you name it. I really can’t say enough about what a wonderful stay we had. In fact we already booked for two weeks next summer! The owners are so accommodating and kind. Can’t wait for summer 2019!!
